Description
Claims (16)
- 표면산화막의 두께가 1.5~15nm인 Si분말과,50~90중량%의 물과,산화물산으로 0.2~7.5중량%의 소결보조제와, 0.05~3중량%의 분산제를 함유하고, pH가 8~12로 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결보조제가 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소의 화합물의 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소가 Ca, Sr, Mg, Al, Y, La, Sm, Nd, Yb인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소의 화합물이, 산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물이거나, 혹은 가열에 의해 상기 산화물, 절화물, 산질화물이 될 수 있는 소결보조제의 전구체의 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리형상의 조성물이, 또 유기바인더를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더량이 0.05~3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물.
- 대기속에서 200℃~800℃에서 산화처리한 Si분말에, 50~90중량%의 물, 산화물 환산으로 0.2~7.5중량%의 소결보조제 및 0.05~3중량%의 분산제를 첨가하고, pH를 8~12로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소결보조제로서, Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소의 화합물의 적어도 1종을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소가 Ca, Sr, Mg, Al, Y, La, Sm, Nd, Yb인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅱa족, Ⅲa족, 희토류원소의 화합물로서,산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물의 분말 혹은 가열에 의해 상기 산화물, 질화물, 산질화물로 될 수 있는 소결보조제의 전구체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리형상의 조성물에, 또 유기바인더들 첨가하는것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더의 첨가량이 0.05~3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물로부터 제조되는 상대밀도가 96%이상이며 항절강도가 800MPa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 Si3N4세라믹스.
- 제1항 기재의 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물을 성형하고,그 성형체를 질소분위기속에 있어서 가열소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Si3N4세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물이 유기바인더를 함유하고,이 Si기조성물을 가압하에 탈수하면서 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Si3N4세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리형상의 Si기조성물을 건조해서, 얻게된 건조분말에 유기바인더를 분무해서 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Si3N4세라믹스의 제조방법.
