Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 유황산화물을 함유하는 배기가스를 칼슘화합물을 함유하는 흡수액으로 처리하여, 생성된 아황산칼슘을 함유하는 흡수액 중에 산소를 함유하는 기체를 통기하여 산화시켜서 석고로 하는 배연탈황방법에 있어서,상기한 흡수액의 산화환원전위를 검출하는 시료액조(18)와 상기한 흡수액에 공기를 불어넣어 산화하여 상기한 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위를 검출하는 비교액조(19)를 구비한 산화환원전위 검출기에 의해 상기한 흡수액의 산화환원전위와 상기한 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위와의 제1편차신호를 연속적으로 검출하고, 상기한 제1편차신호와 산화환원전위 편차설정값과의 제2편차신호에 의해 상기한 산소를 함유하는 기체의 통기유량을 제어하는 아황산염의 산화제어방법으로써, 복수의 비교액조를 구비한 산화환원전위 검출기를 사용하며, 상기한 비교액조의 한 조에 공기를 통기하여 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위를 검출하여, 일정시간마다 차례대로 공기의 통기를 다른 비교액조로 전환하며, 상기한 비교액조에 있어서 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위를 검출함으로써, 상기한 흡수액의 산화환원전위와 상기한 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위를 연속적으로 검출하는 배연탈황방법에 있어서의 아황산염의 산화제어방법.
