Claims (1)
- 원주 형상 고정체의 주위에 양극 타겟트가 고정된 원통 형상 회전체를 끼워 맞추고, 상기 고정체 및 회전체의 끼워 맞춰지는 부분이 서로 근접하는 양베어링면의 적어도 한쪽의 베어링면에 설치된 나선 홈을 가지는 동압 미끄럼 베어링의 부분에 적어도 동작중에 액상으로되는 금속 윤화제를 공급하는 회전 양극형 X선관의 상기 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체의 회전 밸런스를 측정하여 필요에 따라 회전 밸런스의 수정을 하는 회전 양극형 X선관의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체의 회전 밸런스를 측정하여 필요에 따라 회전 밸런스의 수정을 하는 공정은 상기 회전체와 고정체의 끼워 맞춰지는 부분의 상기 동압 미끄럼 베어링의 부분에 금속 윤활제를 공급하기전에 상기 원주 형상의 고정체 대신에 내부로부터 고압 기체를 분출하는 고정 지지지그에 상기 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체를 끼워 맞추고 상기 고압 기체를 분출시켜 상기 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체를 부상시키고 또한 고속 회전시키면서 해당 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체의 회전 밸런스를 측정하여 필요에 따라 회전 밸런스의 수정을 하고, 그 후 상기 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체와 고정체를 끼워 맞추어 조립하고 상기 동압 미끄럼 베어링의 부분에 상기 금속 윤활제를 공급하고, 그 후 이들 양극 타겟트가 고정된 회전체 및 고정체의 조립 구조체를 진공 용기내로 조립하여 집어 넣어져 배기 공정으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 양극형 X선관의 제조 방법.
