Description
Claims (1)
- 제1코일 및 영구자석을 갖는 제1지지체와, 제2코일 및 영구자석을 갖는 제2지지체를 가동체를 사이에 두고 배치함과 동시에 상기 제1코일과 제2코일을 서로 직렬 접속하고 또 상기 가동체의 변위 등의 상태를 검출하는 상태 검출 수단을 설치하고 이 상태 검출 수단에서의 검출 상태에 따라 상기 양 코일로의 통전 방향의 전환을 실행함으로써 상기 제1, 제2지지체에서 각각 가동체로 작용하는 흡인력을 변화시켜서 상기 가동체를 각 지지체로의 비접촉 상태에서 지지하도록 구성하여 이루어지는 자기 베어링 장치에 있어서, 직류전원과 접지라인과의 사이에, 제1스위치 회로 및 제1구동회로를 포함하는 제1통전용 배선과 제2스위치 회로 및 제2구동회로를 포함하는 제2통전용 배선을 서로 병렬로 접속함과 동시에 상기 제1통전용 배선에는 제1스위치 회로와 제1구동회로를, 또 상기 제2통전용 배선에는 제2스위치 회로와 제2구동회로를 상기 직류전원측에서의 설치 순서를 동일하게 해서 각각 차례로 설치하고 상기 제1코일에 있어서 제2코일 반대측의 접속단자를 상기 제1스위치 회로와 제1구동회로와의 사이에, 또한 상기 제2코일에 있어서 제1코일 반대측의 접속단자를 상기 제2스위치 회로와 제2구동회로와의 사이에 각각 접속함과 동시에 상기 상태 검출 수단에서의 검출상태에 따라 상기 제1스위치 회로 및 제2구동회로의 동시 폐쇄상태와 상기 제2스위치회로 및 제1구동회로의 동시 폐쇄상태를 바꾸어 상기 양 코일로의 통전 방향의 전환을 행하는 전환수단을 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 장치.
