음성사서함장치에 있어서, 하드디스크에 남겨진 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하는 기술이다.
2.발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
음성사서함장치에서 하드디스크의 용량이 한정되어 있으므로 무한대로 음성메세지를 축적하여 서비스를 할 수 없는 문제점을 해결한다.
3.발명의 해결방법의 요지
운용자 사서함 번호 및 비밀번호를 입력할 시 음성메세지를 백업시키기 위한 메뉴선택 안내 메시지를 송출하고, 상기 메뉴선택 안내메세지를 송출한 후 메시지 백업메뉴 선택키를 입력할 시 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하며, 상기 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하고 백업할 음성메세지의 선택 사서함 번호를 입력하여 원하는 음성메세지를 선택하고, 상기 원하는 음성메세지를 선택한 후 백업준비 완료키가 입력될 시 상기 선택한 음성메세지를 재생하여 카세트 테이프에 녹음하도록 하여 음성우편장치에 남겨진 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프로 백업한다.

본 발명은 키폰시트템에 밀결합하여 서비스 되어지는 음성사서함장치에 있어서, 하드디스크에 남겨진 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 키폰 밀결합 음성사서함장치는 사서함 번호와 비밀번호로 접속되어 음성메세지를 녹음하거나 재생하는 주기능을 수행하는 음성사서함장치와 소수의 국선으로부터 착신된 전화를 다수의 내선의 전화로 연결시켜주는 기능을 수행하는 키폰을 서로 연결하여 오디오 텍스기능, 자동교환기능 및 음성우편장치의 다양한 서비스를 수행하는 장치이다. 그런데 종래의 키폰 밀결합형 음성사서함장치는 음서어메세지를 하드디스크에 저장하고 있다. 그런데 하드디스크는 그 용량이 한정되어 있으므로 무한대로 음성메세지를 축적(기억)하여 서비스를 할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 음성우편장치에 남겨진 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하여 관리하는 방법을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 음성우편장치에 축적된 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음시켜 백업하고 그 백업한 음성메세지를 하드디스크에서 삭제하여 하드디스크를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 방법을 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 운용자 사서함 번호 및 비밀번호를 입력할 시 음성메세지를 백업시키기 위한 메뉴선택 안내 메시지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 메뉴선택 안내메세지를 송출한 후 메시지 백업메뉴 선택키를 입력할 시 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하고 백업할 음성메세지의 선택 사서함 번호를 입력하여 원하는 음성메세지를 선택하는 과정과, 상기 원하는 음성메세지를 선택한 후 백업준비 완료키가 입력될 시 상기 선택한 음성메세지를 재생하여 카세트 테이프에 녹음하는 과정을 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 키폰 밀결합형 음성우편장치의 블록구성도로서, 시스템의 전반적인 기능을 제어 처리하는 동시에 제어하는 CPU(Central Processing Unit0(20)와, 상기 CPU(20)의 제어하에 안내문을 저장하고 있다가 송출하거나 각종 음성정보를 저장하고 있는 HDD(23)와, 상기 CPU(20)의 제어하에 전화라인으로 들어온 정보와 음성데이타를 압축하여 출력하고, 상기 HDD(23)로부터 저장된 데이터를 전화라인으로 출력하는 라인인터페이스카드(21)와, 본 발명에 따른 음성메세지 녹음 및 재생프로그램을 저장하는 메모리(22)와, 상기 라인 인터페이스카드(21)에 접속되어 상기 하드디스크에 기록되어 있는 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하는 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)로 구성되어있다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 음성사서함에 남겨진 메시지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하기 위한 제어 흐름도로서, 운용자 사서함 번호 및 비밀번호를 입력할 시 음성메세지를 백업시키기 위한 메뉴선택 안내 메시지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 메뉴선택 안내매세지를 송출한 후 메세지 백업메뉴 선택키를 입력할 시 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하고 백업할 음성메세지의 선택 사서함 번호를 입력하여 원하는 음성메세지를 선택하는 과정과, 상기 원하는 음성메세지를 선택한 후 백업준비 완료키가 입력될 시 하드디스크에 저장된 상기 선택한 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하여 백업하는 과정으로 이루어진다.
상술한 제1도 및 제2도를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 음성사서함장치(26)의 하드디스크(HDD)(23)에 남겨진 메시지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음하기 위해서는 음성사서함장치(26)의 후면에 위치한 오디오 잭단자와 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)에 부착된 마이크 잭단자를 오디오 잭 케이블로 연결하여야 한다. 이렇게 음성사서함장치(26)와 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)를 연결한 후 지정된 서비스 운용자 서비스를 받기 위해서는 우선 101단계에서 운용자 사서함 번호를 입력시키고 102단계로 진행하여 비밀번호를 입력한다. 그러면 103단계에서 음성사서함장치(26)로부터 운용자 메뉴인 음성메세지를 백업하기 위한 메뉴선택 안내메세지가 송출된다. 이렇게 안내메세지가 송출되면 안내메세지에 따라 백업메뉴를 선택하기 위한 백업메뉴 선택키를 입력하게 되는데, 이때 104단계에서 백업메뉴선택키가 입력되면 105단계로 진행하여 백업메뉴 안내 메시지를 송출한다. 상기 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하고 106단계에서 안내 되는 음성메세지중 해당하는 음성메세지를 선택하기 위한 음성메세지 선택 사서함 번호가 입력되는가 검사하여 음성메세지 선택 사서함번호가 입력되면 107단계로 진행한다. 상기 107단계에서 백업준비 완료키가 입력되는가 검사하여 백업준비완료키가 입력되면 108단계로 진행한다. 상기 108단계에서 음성사서함장치(26)의 CPU(20)는 하드디스크923)에 저장되어 있는 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)로 송출하게되면 상기 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)는 상기 음성메세지를 받아 카세트 테이프에 녹음시켜 백업을 한다. 이때 운용자는 카세트 테이프 레코더(24)를 구동시켜 녹음할 수 있도록 한 후 107단계의 백업준비 완료키를 누르게된다. 이와 같이 녹음을 시작하여 109단계에서 CPU(20)는 하드디스크(23)에 저장된 음성메세지의 재생이 완료되어 백업이 완료되었는가 검사하여 백업이 완료되었으면 110단계에서 백업이 완료되었다는 음성안내메세지를 송출하며, 다음 백업을 계속하기 위해서는 이 안내메세지에 따른 백업메뉴선택키를 입력시키게 되는데, 110단계에서 백업메뉴선택키가 입력되는가 검사하여 백업메뉴선택키가 입력되면 상기 105단계부터 다시 반복 수행하여 백업을 하게되고, 백업메뉴 선택키가 입력되지 않으면 프로그램을 종료한다.
상술한 바와 같이 음성사서함장치에 저장되어 있는 음성메세지를 카세트 테이프에 녹음시켜 백업한 후 이 백업한 음성메세지를 삭제하면 음성사서함장치의 하드디스크를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 하드디스크의 메모리 용량 초과로 인하여 서비스 중단을 방지 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

  1. 음성사서함 장치에 저장된메세지를 카세트테이프에 녹음하는 방법에 있어서, 운용자 사서함 번호 및 비밀번호를 입력할 시 음성메세지를 백업시키기 위한 메뉴선택 안내 메시지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 메뉴선택 안내메세지를 송출한 후 메시지 백업메뉴 선택키를 입력할 시 백업 메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하는 과정과, 상기 백업메뉴 안내메세지를 송출하고 백업할 음성메세지의 선택 사서함 번호를 입력하여 원하는 음성메세지를 선택하는 과정과, 상기 원하는 음성메세지를 선택한 후 백업준비 완료키가 입력될 시 상기 선택한 음성메세지를 재생하여 카세트 테이프에 녹음하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카세트 테이프에 녹음중에 녹음이 종료될 시 백업완료 안내메세지를 송출하는 과정을 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
