Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 안개등(1)의 하단부에 결합되어진 제1브라켓트(2)가 볼트(3) 및 너트(4)를 매개로 제2브라켓트(5)에 장착되어 지고, 이 제2브라켓트(5)의 하단부는 제1스크류(6) 및 너트클립(7)을 매개로 하단범퍼(8)에 취부되어질 뿐만 아니라 양측면부는 제2스크류(9)를 매개로 범퍼페이스에 취부되어져 차체의 유동으로 인한 안개등(1)의 좌·방향 흔들림을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Description

자동차용 안개등의 취부구조
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 안개등이 취부되는 상태도,

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 안개등의 조립성을 향상시켜 흔들림을 방지시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 불빛의 방사면적을 확대시킬 수 있도록 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 안개등은 기상악화로 안개가 발생되었을 경우 자동차의 안전운행을 위하여 점등시켜 주게 되는데 종래 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조는 제3도 내지 제4도에 도시되어진 바와 같이, 안개발생시 점등시켜 주게 되는 안개등(101)이 요(凹)형상의 브라켓트(102)의 내면부에 장착되어져 제1볼트(103)를 매개로 고정되어지고, 상기 브라켓트(102)의 하단부는 제2볼트(104) 및 너트(105)를 매개로 하단범퍼(106)에 취부되어 진다.
따라서 하단범퍼(106)에 취부되어진 안개등(101)의 점등에 의해 운전자가 안전운행을 실시하게 되지만, 자동차의 주행상태에 따라 차체가 심하게 반복적으로 유동되어질 경우 제1볼트(103)가 헐거워짐으로 인해 안개등(101)이 좌·우방향으로 흔들리게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 차체의 유동으로 인해 안개등이 좌·우방향으로 흔들리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 안개등의 하단부에 결합되어진 제1브라켓트가 볼트 및 너트를 매개로 제2브라켓트에 장착되어지고, 이 제2브라켓트의 하단부는 제1스크류 및 너트클립을 매개로 하단범퍼에 취부되어질 뿐만 아니라 양측면부는 제2스크류를 매개로 범퍼페이스에 취부되어진 구조로 되어 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면을 참조로 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 따라 안개등이 취부되는 상태를 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 부분단면도를 도시한 것인 바, 본 고안은, 안개등(1)의 하단부에 결합되어진 제1브라켓트(2)는 볼트(3) 및 너트(4)를 매개로 제2브라켓트(5)의 내부에 장착되어 지고, 이 제2브라켓트(5)의 하단부는 제1스크류(6) 및 너트클립(7)를 매개로 하단범퍼(8)에 취부되어질 뿐만 아니라 제2스크류(9)를 매개로 범퍼페이스(도시되어 있지 않음)에 취부되어 진다.
따라서 제1·제2브라켓트(2,5)에 의해 안개등(1)이 단단히 장착되어질 뿐만 아니라 상기 제2브라켓트(5)가 하단범퍼(8) 및 범퍼페이스에 취부되어짐으로 인해 상기 안개등(1)의 좌·우유동을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 하단범퍼와 범퍼페이스에 제1·제2스크류를 매개로 제2브라켓트가 단단히 취부되어 지고, 차체의 유동으로 인한 안개등의 좌·우방향 흔들림을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이로 인해 불빛의 방사면적확대 및 상품성이 증지되어지는 효과가 있다.

  1. 기상악화로 인한 안개발생시 안전운행을 위해 점등시키게 되는 안개등이 상·하단범퍼 사이에 장착되어진 자동차용 안개등에 있어서,
    상기 하단범퍼(8)와 상단범퍼 사이에 장착되어 지는 안개등(1)의 하단부에는 제1브라켓트(2)가 결합되어 지고, 이 제1브라켓트(2)의 하부는 볼트(3) 및 너트(4)를 매개로 제2브라켓트(5)의 내부에 장착되어지며, 제2브라켓트(5)의 하단부는 제1스크류(6) 및 너트클럽(7)을 매개로 하단범퍼(8)에 단단히 취부되어질 뿐만 아니라 양측면부는 제2스크류(9)를 매개로 범퍼페이스에 취부되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등의 취부구조.
