Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 운전석 스위치의 작동으로 구동되는 모터(11); 상기 모터(11)의 작동에 따라 좌우 이동되도록 일단이 연결된 구동링크(12); 상기 구동링크(12)의 타단에 힌지 연결되며 헤드램프(HL)에 취부되는 구동부(14); 상기 구동부(14)에 연결되어 상기 헤드램프(HL)의 하단에 연결되는 연결링크(13)를 구비하여 평시에는 절반 정도 잠입되어 있던 상기 헤드램프(HL)를 상방으로 인출시키도록 구성한 것이다.

Description

차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조
본 고안은 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 평상시에는 절반가량 숨겨진 상태로 장착되어 있다가 작동시 상부로 인출되어 조명하도록 설치된 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프(Half Retractable Headlamp) 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 헤드램프는 차량의 전방을 조명하는 전조등을 뜻하는 것으로서, 도 4에 종래 일반적인 헤드램프를 예시한 바와 같이 종래의 헤드램프는 차체 외부에 형성되어 있다.
한편 리트랙터블 헤드램프(Retractable Headlamp)는 차량의 펜더나 프런트그릴 등에 수납되어 있으며 필요할 때만 덮개를 열어 점등시키는 헤드램프(전조등)를 말한다. 차체 외장의 디자인이 미려해지고 공기저항 감소의 장점이 있어 스포츠카 등에 많이 이용되고 있다.
그러나 상기한 리트랙터블 헤드램프는 외관이 미려하고 공기 저항의 감소 등 여러 가지 장점이 있으나 차체 전방부의 레이아웃상 일반적인 차량에 장착하는 데는 곤란함이 있다. 즉, 리트랙터블 헤드램프 장치가 차지하는 공간이 커서 종래 차량의 레이아웃에 적용하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 일반 차량의 레이아웃에 적용하여 사용할 수 있도록 외부로 절반이 노출되어 이루어진 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조를 제공하고자 하는 데 있다.

상기한 목적을 이루기 위하여 본 고안은 운전석 스위치의 작동으로 구동되는 모터(11);
상기 모터(11)의 작동에 따라 좌우 이동되도록 일단이 연결된 구동링크(12);
상기 구동링크(12)의 타단에 힌지 연결되며 헤드램프(HL)에 취부되는 구동부(14);
상기 구동부(14)에 연결되어 상기 헤드램프(HL)의 하단에 연결되는 연결링크(13)를 구비하여 상기 헤드램프(HL)를 상방으로 인출시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조를 제공한다.
이하 첨부된 예시도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 설치상태를 나타낸 차량의 예시도이고, 도 2는 본 고안의 구성을 나타낸 도 1의 A-A선 단면도로서 평상시 장착상태 예시도로서, 본 고안은 차량의 본네트(20)와 범퍼(30) 사이에 개폐가능한 리드(15)가 형성되고 헤드램프(HL)가 장착된다. 상기 헤드램프(HL)는 모터(11)의 구동력을 받아 상부로 인출되도록 설치된다.
즉, 모터(11)에는 구동링크(12)의 일단이 연결되고, 상기 구동링크(12)의 타단은 헤드램프(HL)가 취부되는 구동부(14)에 연결된다. 상기 구동부(14)는 중심축(14a)을 중심으로 유동하게 되는 바, 상기 구동부(14)와 상기 헤드램프(HL)의 하단 사이에는 연결링크(13)가 설치연결된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 평시 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이 헤드램프(HL)가 절반정도 인출된 상태로 되어 있다가 운전자가 스위치를 조작하면 상기 모터(11)가 구동되고, 도 3에 본 고안의 작동상태 단면도를 나타낸 바와 같이 상기 모터(11)의 구동력이 구동링크(12)를 전방으로 밀고 이에 따라 구동부(14)가 중심축(14a)을 중심으로 이동되며 연결링크(13)를 밀어주게 되어 헤드램프(HL)가 상향 돌출하게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 평상시 절반 가량 차체 내부에 잠입된 상태에서 사용할 때만 상부로 헤드램프를 인출시키게 되는 것이어서 차량의 외관미 및 품위를 향상시켜 차량의 상품성 향상에 기여하게 되는 효과가 있다.

    상기 모터(11)의 작동에 따라 좌우 이동되도록 일단이 연결된 구동링크(12);
    상기 구동링크(12)의 타단에 힌지 연결되며 헤드램프(HL)에 취부되는 구동부(14);
    상기 구동부(14)에 연결되어 상기 헤드램프(HL)의 하단에 연결되는 연결링크(13)를 구비하여 상기 헤드램프(HL)를 상방으로 인출시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하프 리트랙터블 헤드램프 구조.
