Abstract

본 발명은 렌즈전면부에 그릴을 장착하여 방충효과와 외관의 향상효과를 동시에 발할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위하여 차체의 론지튜디날에 결합되며, 엔진룸으로 공기가 유입될 수 있게 하는 인넷홀과 턴시그널램프 및 포그램프를 장착하기 위한 다수의 램프홀이 뚫려 형성된 범퍼어셈블리에 장착되는 상기 포그램프에 있어서, 하나의 필러먼트를 갖는 텅스텐전구, 또는 할로겐전구와, 이 전구가 전기적으로 결합되는 전기소켓, 그리고 상기 전구소켓이 탈착될 수 있는 램프하우징으로 구성되고, 상기한 램프하우징의 전면에 오렌지색이나 황색을 내도록 착색된 렌즈가 배치됨과 아울러, 상기 렌즈의 전면부위에 빚이 투과될 수 있으면서도 방충효과를 발할 수 있는 그릴을 고정 배치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.

자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프
제1도는 종래 포그램프가 장착된 프론트범퍼를 나타내는 사시도.

본 발명은 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 방충용 그릴을 구비하여 방충효과와 함께 외관을 미려하게 하는 효과를 기할수 있도록 하는 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프에 관한 것이다.
자동차의 전,후방부에는 프론트범퍼와 리어범퍼를 각각 장착되어 충격력을 흡수함으로써, 차량과 탑승자를 외력으로 부터 보호할 수 있도록 하는데 특히, 프론트범퍼는 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 차체(52)에 대칭 상태로 배치되는 한 쌍의 론지튜디날(54)(56)을 연장 형성하고, 이 론지튜디날(54)(56)에 범퍼스테이(도시생략)를 각각 체결한 다음 상기 범퍼스테이에 범퍼어셈블리(66)를 고정 결합시킨다.
상기 범퍼어셈블리(66)는 인넷홀(I) 및 다수의 램프홀(L)을 형성하여 상기 인넷홀(I)을 통한 공기가 엔진룸으로 유입될 수 있도록 함과 아울러, 램프홀(L)들에 턴시그널램프(T) 및 포그램프(F)가 각각 매입 상태로 장착될 수 있게 한다.
특히, 상기한 바와 같은 포그램프(F)는 안개가 끼이거나 눈, 비가 내릴 때 보조전조등으로 사용되는 전조등(H)과 비슷한 구조로 구성된다.
또, 상기한 램프하우징(34)의 전면에는 오렌지색이나 황색을 내도록 착색된 렌즈(36)가 배치되고, 그 외측 소정부에 다수의 마운팅브라켓(도시생략)을 형성하여 범퍼어셈블리(66)의 램프홀(L)에 고정 장착될 수 있도록 형성된다.
그런데, 상기한 바와 같은 종래 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프는 단순히 착색된 렌즈로 전구에 의해 발광되는 빚을 투과시켜 차량 전방을 조명하기 때문에 외관을 미려하게 할 수 없을 뿐 아니라, 방충효과를 기대할 수 없는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 단점을 해소하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 렌즈전면부에 그릴을 장착하여 방충효과와 외관의 향상효과를 동시에 발할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프를 제공하는데 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 차체의 론지튜디날에 결합된 범퍼스테이가 개설되는 상태로 결합되며, 엔진룸으로 공기가 유입될 수 있게 하는 인넷홀과 턴시그널램프 및 포그램프를 장착하기 위한 다수의 램프홀이 뚫려 형성된 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 범퍼어셈블리에 장착되는 상기 포그램프에 있어서, 하나의 필러먼트를 갖는 텅스텐전구, 또는 할로겐전구와, 이 전구가 전기적으로 결합되는 전구소켓, 그리고 상기 전구소켓이 탈착될 수 있는 램프하우징으로 구성되고, 상기한 램프하우징의 전면에 오렌지색이나 황색을 내도록 착색된 렌즈가 비치됨과 아울러, 상기 렌즈의 전면부위에 빚이 투과될 수 있음면서도 방충효과를 발할 수 있는 그릴을 고정 배치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프를 제공한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 따라서 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
제2도와 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프를 나타내는 도면으로써, 우선 차체(B)에 대칭 상태로 연장 배치되는 한 쌍의 론지튜디날(2)(4)에 범퍼스테이(6)(8)를 각각 체결하고, 범퍼스테이(도시생략)에 범퍼어셈블리(14)를 고정 결합시킨다.
한편, 상기한 범퍼어셈블리(14)는 엔진룸(R)으로 공기가 유입될 수 있게 하는 인넷홀(I)과, 턴시그널램프(T) 및 포그램프(F)가 각각 장착되는 다수의 램프홀(L)이 뚫려지도록 형성된다.
한편, 상기한 포그램프(F)는 하나의 필러먼트를 갖는 텅스텐전구, 또는 할로겐전구와, 이 전구(30)가 전기적으로 결합되는 전구소켓(32), 그리고 상기 전구소켓(32)이 탈착될 수 있는 램프하우징(34)으로 되는 전조등과 비슷한 구조로 구성된다.
또, 상기한 램프하우징(34)의 전면에는 오렌지색이나 황색을 내도록 착색된 렌즈(36)가 배치되고, 상기 렌즈(36) 전면부위에 그릴(40)을 배치 장착하여 이 방충효과와 외관 향상의 효과를 발할 수 있도록 된다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의한 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프는 렌즈전면부에 장착된 그릴에 의한 방충효과와 외관의 향상효과를 동시에 발할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체의 론지튜디날(2)(4)에 결합되며, 엔진룸(R)으로 공기가 유입될 수 있게 하는 인넷홀(I)과 턴시그널램프(T) 및 포그램프(F)가 장착될 수 있는 다수의 램프홀(L)이 뚫리도록 구성된 범퍼어셈블리(14)의 상기 램프홀(L)로 장착되는 포그램프(F)에 있어서, 하나의 필러먼트를 갖는 텅스텐전구, 또는 할로겐전구와, 이 전구(30)가 전기적으로 결합되는 전구소켓(32), 그리고 상기 전구소켓(32)이 탈착될 수 있는 램프하우징(34)으로 구성되고, 상기 램프하우징(34)의 전면에는 오렌지색이나 황색을 내도록 착색된 렌즈(36)가 배치됨과 아울러, 상기 렌즈(36)의 전면부위에 빚이 투과될 수 있으면서도 방충효과를 발할 수 있는 그릴(40)을 고정 배치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 프론트범퍼의 포그램프.
