Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 범퍼의 내면상에 장착되는 안개등의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 범퍼 페이셔의 안개등 장착부에 내부로 만곡된 돌출부를 제공하고, 이러한 만곡부상에 안개등을 제공하며, 이때, 안개등 하우징의 후면부에는 인서트 볼트가 제공되어 범퍼 페이셔 만곡부의 내면부상에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 범퍼 페이셔의 내부에서 손잡이 너트로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안개등 취부구조를 제공한다.

Description

자동차의 안개등 취부구조
본 고안은 자동차의 안개등 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량의 전방 및 후방부에는 조명 및 신호를 목적으로 하는 전조 등 및 방향 지시등과 같은 램프가 장착되어 있으며, 이러한 램프의 발광원으로서 전구가 사용되고 있다.
그런데, 이러한 종래의 램프의 구조에 있어서, 범퍼의 하단부 또는 범퍼의 내면부상에는 안개등이 제공되어 있으며, 이러한 안개등의 하우징은 범퍼의 후면부상에서 하우징과 함께 나사로 조립되므로써 조립이 불편하게 되어 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 안개등의 취부구조를 개선하여 범퍼와의 조립을 간편하도록 하므로써 생산성을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은, 자동차 범퍼의 내면상에 장착되는 안개등의 취부구조로서, 범퍼 페이셔의 안개등 장착부에 내부로 만곡된 돌출부를 제공하고, 이러한 만곡부상에 안개등을 제공하며, 이때, 안개등 하우징의 후면부에는 인서트 볼트가 제공되어 범퍼 페이셔 만곡부의 내면부상에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 범퍼 페이셔의 내부에서 손잡이 너트로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안개등 취부구조를 제공한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 양호한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 안개등 취부구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따르면, 범퍼 페이셔(1)의 안개등 장착부에 내부로 만곡된 돌출부를 제공하고, 이러한 만곡부상에 안개등을 제공하며, 이때, 안개등 하우징의 후면부에는 인서트 볼트(3)가 제공되어 범퍼 페이셔(1) 만곡부의 내면부상에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 범퍼 페이셔(1)의 내부에서 손잡이 너트로 고정된다.
이상 상술된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 안내등 취부구조에 의하면, 기존의 안개등 하우징부를 범퍼의 내면부와 나사 결합시키는 대신에 안개등 하우징부의 인서트 볼트를 사용하여 장착시키므로써 조립을 간편하게 하여 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차 범퍼의 내면상에 장착되는 안개등의 취부구조로서, 범퍼 페이셔의 안개등 장착부에 내부로 만곡된 돌출부를 제공하고, 이러한 만곡부상에 안개등을 제공하며, 이때,안개등 하우징의 후면부에는 인서트 볼트가 제공되어 범퍼 페이셔 만곡부의 내면부상에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 범퍼 페이셔의 내부에서 손잡이 너트로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안개등 취부구조.
