Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 포그 램프(fog lamp)취부 구조에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 앞 범퍼 좌우 하단에 형성된 소정 형상의 가공부에 삽입되는 포그 램프의 취부 구조에 있어서, 포그 램프가 삽입되는 범퍼 하단의 좌우 가공부 상하단에 'ㄷ'자 형상의 절곡부를 각각 형성하고 상기 포그 램프의 글래스 상하 양측단 길이를 연장하여 'ㄱ'자 형상의 끼움부를 각각 형성하여 된 것으로 포그 램프를 범퍼의 전면에서 삽입함에 의하여 포그 램프의 탈착이 용이하고 포그 램프의 끼움부가 범퍼의 절곡부에 삽입되어 밀착되므로 비포장도로 등과 같은 험로의 주행시 포그 램프의 진동이나 떨림이 감소될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

자동차의 포그 램프(fog lamp)취부 구조
제1도는 종래 포그 램프가 장착된 일반적인 자동차를 도시한 사시도.
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면확대도.
제3도는 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 포그 램프 취부 구조를 나타내는 측단면도이다.

본 고안은 자동차의 포그 램프와 범퍼와의 취부 구조를 개선하여 탈착을 용이하게 하고 차량의 주행 중 포그 램프의 떨림을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 포그 램프(fog lamp) 취부 구조에 관한 것이다.
포그 램프(fog lamp : 안개등)는 가시광선 중에서 비교적 파장이 길며 안개 가운데서 투과성이 양호한 담황색의 램프를 헤드라이트(Head light)의 보조등으로서 사용한 것으로 윗방향의 빛을 차단하고 수평방향 전방 20∼40m를 넓은 범위로 조명하도록 특히, 안개낀 날씨하에서 차량의 안전운행에 도움이 되도록 설치하는 보조전조등의 일종이다.
첨부도면 제1도는 종래 포그램프가 장착된 일반적인 자동차를 도시한 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면확대도로서 포그 램프(12)를 차량의 전면부 범퍼(10)내에 취부하고자 할 때, 종래에는 앞 범퍼(10) 좌우 하단에 형성된 소정 형상의 가공부(10a)에, 내부 일측단에 벌브(13)가 설치되고 전면부는 글래스(14)로 덮혀 있으며 하우징(15)에 의하여 외부를 둘러싸고 있는 포그램프(12)를 범퍼(10)의 내측에서 외측을 향하여 삽입하여 취부 시키는 방법을 취하게 된다. 이때, 제2도의 그림에 도시된 바와 같이 범퍼(10)와 포그 램프(12) 사이에는 별도의 지지 수단이 없이 포그 램프(12)를 범퍼(10)의 내측에서 외측으로 삽입한 상태에서 포그 램프(12)를 자동차의 전원(미도시)에 연결하므로 차량이 비포장 도로와 같은 험로의 주행시 상기 포그 램프(12)가 떨리게 되고 심한 경우 포그 램프(12)의 위치가 변경되어 짙은 안개가 낀 날씨하에서 포그 램프(12) 본래의 기능을 하는데 있어서 문제점으로 작용하게 된다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안추리된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 탈착이 용이하고 설치 후, 그 덜림이 방지될 수 있는 자동차의 포그 램프 취부 구조를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은 자동차의 앞 범퍼 좌우 하단에 형성된 소정 형상의 가공부에 삽입되는 포그 램프의 취부 구조에 있어서, 포그 램프가 삽입되는 범퍼 하단의 좌우 가공부 상하단에 'ㄷ'자 형상의 절곡부를 각각 형성하고 상기 포그 램프의 글래스 상하 양측단 길이를 연장하여 'ㄱ'자 형상의 끼움부를 각각 형성하여 상기 절곡부에 삽입시켜 결합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 포그 램프 취부 구조의 바람직한 하나의 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명한다.
첨부도면 제3도는 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 포그 램프 취부 구조를 나타내는 측단면도로서, 이에 따른 자동차의 포그 램프 취부 구조는 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이, 포그 램프(52)가 삽입되는 범퍼 하단의 좌우 가공부(50a) 상하단에 'ㄷ'자 형상의 절곡부(50b)를 각각 형성하고 상기 포그 램프(52)의 글래스(54) 상하 양측단 길이를 연장하여 'ㄱ'자 형상의 기움부(54a)를 각각 형성하여 상기 절곡부(50b)에 삽입시켜 결합되도록 구성하여 된 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 설명한다.
제3도에 도시된 바와 같이, 측면에서 보아 상하 양측단에 끼움부(54a)를 형성시킨 글래스(54)가 전면에 덮혀진 포그 램프(52)를 범퍼(50) 하단의 좌우 가공부(50a)전면에서 삽입시키면 상기 끼움부(54a)는 상기 범퍼(50)의 'ㄷ'자형 절곡부(50b)에 각각 삽입, 밀착되어진다. 따라서, 종래와 달리 범퍼의 전면에서 삽입하므로 포그 램프의 탈착이 용이하고 포그 램프의 끼움부가 범퍼의 절곡부에 삽입되어 밀착되므로 비포장도로 등과 같은 험로의 주행시 포그 램프의 진동이나 떨림이 감소되어지는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 앞 범퍼(10) 좌우 하단에 형성된 소정 형상의 가공부(10a)에 삽입되는 포그 램프(12)의 취부 구조에 있어서, 포그 램프(52)가 삽입되는 범퍼(50) 하단의 좌우 가공부(50a) 상하단에 'ㄷ'자 형사의 절곡부(50b)를 각각 형성하고, 상기 포그 램프(52)의 글래스(54) 상하 양측단 길이를 연장하여 'ㄱ'자 형상의 끼움부(54a)를 각각 형성하여 상기 절곡부(50b)에 삽입시켜 결합되도록 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 포그 램프(fog lamp) 취부 구조.
