Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 체결구조에 관한 것으로, 안개등을 지지고정시키면서 범퍼에 고정되는 브라켓의 체결부가 소정의 각도를 가지도록 성형하고, 여기에 지지대를 이용하여 안개등을 고정설치할 수 있게 함으로써, 차량의 전방에도 안개등의 설치가 가능할 뿐아니라 체결면이 노출되지 않아 차량의 미관을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 체결구조에 관한 것으로, 안개등을 지지고정시키면서 범퍼에 고정되는 브라켓의 체결부가 소정의 각도를 가지도록 성형하고, 여기에 지지대를 이용하여 안개등을 고정설치할 수 있게 함으로써, 차량의 전방에도 안개등을 설치가능할 뿐아니라 체결면이 노출되지 않아 차량의 미관을 향상시킬 수 있는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량에 장착된 안개등은, 첨부도면 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 범퍼(40)의 내부에 형성된 안개등 체결부위에 브라켓(20)이 융착고정되어 있으며, 이것의 내부에 안내등의 외곽을 이루는 하우징(10)과 일단이 체결고정된 지지대(30)가 브라켓(20)의 일면에 고정수단(23)으로 고정시켜 사용하여 왔다.
그러나, 종래 안개등 체결구조에 의해 안개등을 체결하고자 하는 경우에는 안개등의 하우징(10)과 고정수단(23)으로 고정된 지지대(30)를 브라켓(20)의 일단에 고정시키기 위해서는 차량의 저부에서 체결해야 하는 체결의 어려움이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 브라켓을 범퍼에 고정시키는 체결부의 형성위치를 브라켓의 바깥쪽 측면으로 절곡시켜 형성하고, 여기에 안개등과 일체로 고정된 지지대를 탈장착이 가능하게 함으로써, 안개등의 체결이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 안개등의 떨림을 방지할 수 있게 되어 안전운행을 할 수 있는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 안개등 체결구조의 특징은, 범퍼(40)에 융착고정된 브라켓(20)내부면에 안개등 하우징(10)과 일체로 고정된 지지대(30)의 일단이 고정설치된 안개등에 있어서, 상기 하우징(10)의 바닥면에는 간격유지대(11)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 브라켓(20)의 바닥면에는 관통홈(21)이 형성되어 있고 상부면에는 체결공(24)이 형성된 체결부(22)가 형성되어 있어서, 상기 간격유지대(11)가 관통홈(21)에 끼워지면서 상기 지지대(30)의 일단은 상기 체결부(22)에 밀착되어 고정수단(23)으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안의 실시예에서, 상기 간격유지대(11)의 일단에는 끼움부(12)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 관통홈(21)의 내부에는 상기 끼움부(12)가 끼워질 수 있도록 끼움공(51)이 형성된 끼움체(50)가 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부도면 제1도를 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 안개등 체결구조의 구성에 대하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서, 도면 부호 10은 하우징, 20은 브라켓, 30은 범퍼를 나타낸다.
상기 하우징(10)은 램프 렌즈(13)와 일체로 체결고정되어 있으며, 후술하는 브라켓(20)에 끼워져 고정되게 된다. 즉, 상기 하우징(10)의 바닥면에는 간격유지대(11)가 형성되어 있어서, 이것이 관통홈(21)에 끼워져 고정됨에 따라 하우징(10)은 브라켓(20)에 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
즉, 상기 간격유지대(11)가 관통홈(21)에 끼워짐에 따라 간격유지대(11)의 일단에 형성된 끼움부(12)가 관통홈(21)에 끼워진 끼움체(50)의 끼움공(51)에 끼워지게 되어, 상기 하우징(10)은 브라켓(20)에 고정된 상태가 된다.
상기 브라켓(20)은 범퍼(40)의 안개등체결부위(41)에 끼워져 후술하는 체결부(22)의 일단과 범퍼(40)에 일체로 고정되어 있다.
이러한 브라켓(20)의 바닥면에 관통홈(21)이 형성되어 있으며 여기에 끼움공(51)이 형성된 끼움체(50)가 끼워져 있어서, 상기 하우징(10)의 간격유지대(11)가 여기에 끼워짐에 따라 상기 간격유지대(11)의 끼움부(12)가 끼움공(51)에 끼워져 하우징(10)이 브라켓(20)에 고정되게 된다.
또한, 상기 브라켓(20)의 상부면에는 체결부(22)가 형성되어 있어서, 여기에 하우징(10)과 일체로 체결된 지지대(30)의 일단을 고정수단(23)으로 고정시킴에 따라 브라켓(20)을 범퍼(30)의 안개등 체결부위(31)에 고정시킬 수 있게 된다.
이러한 상기 체결부(22)는 지지대의 체결에 따라 고정수단(23)이 체결될 수 있도록 체결공(24)이 형성되어 있으며, 고정수단(23)의 체결부위가 외부로 돌출되지 않도록 소정의 각도로 굴곡되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 자동차용 안개등 체결구조의 체결과정을 간략하게 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
안개등을 탈장착하기 위해서는 브라켓(20)의 관통홈(21)에 끼움체(51)가 끼워져 있는 상태에서 브라켓(20)을 범퍼(40)의 안개등체결부위에 끼우고, 상기 브라켓(20)의 체결부(22) 바깥쪽과 범퍼(40)를 일체로 융착고정된 상태에서 이루어지게 된다.
여기서 안개등을 범퍼(40)에 장착하기 위해서는 먼저, 안개등을 감싸는 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 형성된 간격유지대(11)를 브라켓(20)의 바닥면에 형성된 관통홈(21)에 끼워, 간격유지대(11)의 끼움부(12)가 끼움체(50)의 끼움공(51)에 끼워지게 되어 하우징(10)이 브라켓(20)의 밑면에 고정시키게 된다.
이때, 상기 끼움부(12)가 끼움공(51)에 끼워짐과 동시에 하우징(10)의 측면에 고정된 지지대(30)의 일단은 브라켓(20)의 상부에 형성된 체결부(22)의 안쪽과 겹쳐지게 된다. 동시에, 체결부(22)와 지지대(30)를 일체로 체결공(24)을 통하여 고정시키게 된다.
이상에서 본 바와 같이, 본 고안을 종래의 안개등 체결구조에 적용시킴으로써, 안개등의 교환이나 수리를 위한 탈장착이 용이할 뿐아니라 차량전체의 미관도 증진시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 범퍼(40)에 융착고정된 브라켓(20)내부면에 안개등 하우징(10)과 일체로 고정된 지지대(30)의 일단이 고정설치된 안개등에 있어서, 상기 하우징(10)의 바닥면에 형성된 간격유지대(11)와, 상기 브라켓(20)의 바닥면에는 관통홈(21)이 형성되어 있고 상부면에는 체결공(24)이 형성된 체결부(22)가 형성되어 있어서, 상기 간격유지대(11)가 관통홈(21)에 끼워지면서 상기 지지대(30)의 일단은 상기 체결부(22)에 밀착되어 고정수단(23)으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간격유지대(11)의 일단에는 끼움부(12)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통홈(21)의 내부에는 상기 끼움부(12)가 끼워질 수 있도록 끼움공(51)이 형성된 끼움체(50)가 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등 체결구조.
