Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 안개등(1)의 배면에 외주면상으로 분할된 형태로 탄력적으로 벌어지는 돌기부(4)가 다수개 구비되고, 이 돌기부(4)에 대응되는 위치로 범퍼(2)의 좌면(3)상에는 다수개의 개구부(5)가 구비되어, 이 개구부(5)내에 돌기부(4)가 삽입되어 끼움식으로 체결되면서 후방에서 이 돌기부(4)와 대응되는 위치로 개구부(6)를 다수개 갖춘 브래킷(7)을 매개로 견고하게 고정됨에 따라, 안개등(1)의 조립공정이 단순화되면서 스크류체결작업의 폐지에 따른 외관미를 향상시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.

자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조

본 고안은 자동차범프의 안개등 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 범퍼의 좌면에 안개등을 끼움식으로 조립하여 작업공정의 단축을 꾀하면서 스크류체결작업의 폐지에 따른 외관상품성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 전/후방 차체에는 충돌 및 추돌사고시 차체로 가해지는 충격량을 일부 흡수분산시켜 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 된 범퍼가 마련되어 있는 바, 이 범퍼의 하단 좌/우측부에는 주행중 안개가 끼거나 비나 눈이 내릴 때 전조등의 조명효과가 나쁜 경우를 대비하여 보조전조등으로 사용될 수 있는 안개등의 장착되어 있다.
그런데, 종래에는 상기 안개등(11)이 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 범퍼(12)의 표면상에 오목하게 파인 좌면(13)에 안착되어 고정되도록 되어 있는데, 즉 안개등(11)의 좌/우측부를 관통한 스크류(14)가 범퍼(12)의 좌면(13)상에 고정된 스프링너트(15)에 체결되어져 범퍼(12)에 안개등(11)이 취부되는 구조로 되어 있었다.
따라서, 상기 범퍼(12)에 안개등(11)을 조립하기 위해서는 범퍼(12)의 좌면(13)에 먼저 스프링너트(15)를 끼워 고정시키고, 이 스프링너트(15)에 안개등(11)을 관통하도록 스크류(14)를 삽입하여 조여야 하므로써 조립공정이 과다하게 소요될 뿐만 아니라, 상기 안개등(11)의 표면에 스크류(14)의 머리부분이 외부로 노출됨에 따른 외관미가 떨어져 상품성이 저해되는 단점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 단점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 범퍼의 하단 좌/우측부에 장착되는 안개등이 범퍼의 좌면상에 끼움방식으로 취부되게 하여 조립공정을 단순화시키면서 외관미도 미려하게 유지시킬 수 있도록 된 자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 차체의 전/후방부위에 충돌사고시 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 마련된 범퍼의 하단 좌/우측부에 주행중 안개가 끼거나 비나 눈이 내릴 때 보조전조등으로 사용되도록 장착된 자동차의 안개등에 있어서, 상기 안개등의 배면에 외주면상으로 분할된 상태로 탄력적으로 벌어지는 돌기부가 다수개 구비되고, 이 돌기부에 대응되는 위치로 범퍼의 좌면상에는 다수개의 개구부가 구비되어, 이 개구부내에 돌기부가 삽입되어 끼움식으로 체결되면서 후방에서 이 돌기부와 대응되는 위치로 개구부를 다수개 갖춘 브래킷을 매개로 견고하게 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 안개등이 범퍼에 취부되는 조립상태도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 I-I선 단면도이다.
본 고안은 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 차체의 전/후방부위에 충돌사고시 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 마련된 범퍼의 하단 좌/우측부에 주행중 안개가 끼거나 비나 눈이 내릴 때 보조전조등으로 사용되도록 장착된 자동차의 안개등에 있어서, 상기 안개등(1)의 배면에는 외주면상으로 몸체가 분할되어 탄력적으로 벌어지도록 된 돌기부(4)가 다수개로 구비되고, 이 돌기부(4)에 대응되는 위치로 범퍼(2)의 좌면(3)상에는 다수개의 개구부(5)가 구비되어, 이 개구부(5)내에 돌기부(4)가 삽입되어 끼움식으로 체결되면서 후방에서 이 돌기부(4)와 대응되는 위치로 개구부(6)를 다수개 갖춘 브래킷(7)을 매개로 견고하게 고정되는 구조로 되어 있다.
따라서 상기와 같이 안개등(1)이 범퍼(2)의 좌면(3)상에 끼움식으로 고정장착됨으로써, 이 안개등(1)의 조립작업시 종래와 같이 스크류를 체결하는 작업이 폐지됨에 따른 작업공정이 단순화되어 조립생산성이 향상될 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안 자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조에 의하면, 상기 범퍼(2)의 하단 좌/우측부에 장착되는 안개등(1)이 좌면(3)상에 끼움방식으로 간편하게 취부됨에 따라, 이 안개등(1)의 조립공정이 단순화되면서 스크류체결작업의 폐지에 따른 외관미도 향상되어 상품성이 좋아지는 이점을 가지게 된다.

  1. 차체의 전/후방부위에 충돌사고시 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 마련된 범퍼의 하단 좌/우측부에 주행중 안개가 끼거나 비나 눈이 내릴 때 보조전조등으로 사용되도록 장착된 자동차의 안개등에 있어서, 상기 안개등(1)의 배면에 외주면상으로 분할된 형태로 탄력적으로 벌어지는 돌기부(4)가 다수개 구비되고, 이 돌기부(4)에 대응되는 위치로 범퍼(2)의 좌면(3)상에는 다수개의 개구부(5)가 구비되어, 이 개구부(5)내에 돌기부(4)가 삽입되어 끼움식으로 체결되면서 후방에서 이 돌기부(4)와 대응되는 위치로 개구부(6)를 다수개 갖춘 브래킷(7)을 매개로 견고하게 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차범퍼의 안개등 취부구조.
