자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조

제3도는 종래 기술에 따른 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조를 나타내는 조립상태도이다.

본 고안은 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 부품수가 크게 줄어들 뿐만 아니라 조립공수도 절약될 수 있도록 된 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차용 보조정지등은 제3도에 도시된 것과 같이, 리어윈드쉴드글라스(11)의 안쪽에 배치되도록 트림(12)에 형성된 관통구멍(12a)으로 보조정지등하우징(13)의 고정부(13a)가 끼워져 하부에 너트(14a)가 용접된 브라켓트(14)와 보울트(15)를 매개로 고정되는 한편, 상기 보조정치등하우징(13)의 뒤쪽에 커버(16)가 체결되어 브레이크페달의 조작에 의해 브레이크등과 함께 후방의 운전자에게 차량의 주행상태를 알릴 수 있도록 되어 있다.
그러나 이러한 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조는, 상기 보조정지등하우징(13)의 고정부(13a)를팩키지트레이판넬의 위에 설치된 브라켓트(14)의 구멍에 일치시킨 다음, 상기 고정부(13a)에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 보울트(15)를 끼워 브라켓트(14)의 하부에 용접된 너트(14a)에 체결한 후, 상기 커버(16)를 스크류를 이용하여 보조정지등하우징(13)에 체결해야 하므로, 조립작업이 곤란함은 물론 조립공수가 많이 소요되는 결점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로 보조정지등하우징과 커버 및 보울트가 일체화된 보조정지등이 팩키지트레이판넬과 트림의 사이에 설치된 브라켓트에 끼워져 너트로 고정된 구조로, 부품수가 크게 줄어들 뿐만 아니라 조립공수도 절약될 수 있도록 된 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 보조정지등하우징과 커버 및 보울트를 일체화시킨 보조정지등의 보울트가 팩키지트레이판넬과 트림의 사이에 배치됨과 더불어 팩키지트레이판넬(2)의 상부와 용접된 브라켓트(4)에 끼워져 너트(5)로 고정된 구조로 되어 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조를 설명하는 조립상태 설명도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 브라켓트를 나타내는 평면도로서, 본 고안은 보조정지등하우징(1a)과 커버(1b) 및 보울트(IC)를 일체화시킨 보조정지등(1)의 보울트(1c)가 팩키지트레이판넬(2)과 트림(3)의 사이에 배치됨과 더불어 팩키지트레이판넬(2)의 상부와 용접된 브라켓트(4)에 끼워져 너트(5)로 고정된 구조로 되어 있다.
여기서 상기 브라켓트(4)는 상기 보울트(1c)가 끼워지는 큰관통구멍(4a)과 이 큰관통구멍(4a)의 한쪽에 연통되게 형성된 작은관통구멍(4b)을 갖춘 구조로 되어 있다.
미설명부호 2a, 3a는 상기 보울트부(1c)가 팩키지트레이판넬(2)과 트림(3)으로 관통되어 브라켓트(4)의 큰관통구멍(4a)과 작은관통구멍(4b)으로 자유로이 끼워질 수 있도록 형성시킨 구멍이다.
따라서 보조정지등(1)을 팩키지트레이판넬(2)과 트림(3)사이에 배치되어 팩키지트레이판넬(2)에 용접설치된 브라켓트(4)의 큰관통구멍(4a)에 끼운후 작은 관통구멍(4b)으로 밀어부친 다음 너트(5)로 체결하여 고정하게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 상기 보조정지등(1)이 브라켓트(4)에 너트(5)로 간단히 고정되어, 부품수가 크게 줄어들 뿐만 아니라 조립공수도 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 보조정지등이 팩키지트레이판넬에 고정된 브라켓트에 설치되는 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조에 있어서, 상기 보조정지등하우징(1a)과 커버(1b) 및 보울트(1c)를 일체화시킨 보조정지등(1)의 보울트(1c)가 팩키지트레이판넬(2)과 트림(3)의 사이에 배치됨과 더불어 팩키지트레이판넬(2)의 상부와 용접된 브라켓트(4)에 끼워져 너트(5)로 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 보조정지등의 취부구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓트(4)는, 상기 보울트부(1c)가 끼워지는 큰관통구멍(4a)과, 이 큰관통구멍(4a)의 한쪽에 연통되게 형성된 작은관통구멍(4b)을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 보조정지등의 취부구조.
