本開示において「〜」を用いて示された数値範囲には、「〜」の前後に記載される数値がそれぞれ最小値及び最大値として含まれる。
本開示中に段階的に記載されている数値範囲において、一つの数値範囲で記載された上限値又は下限値は、他の段階的な記載の数値範囲の上限値又は下限値に置き換えてもよい。また、本開示中に記載されている数値範囲において、その数値範囲の上限値又は下限値は、実施例に示されている値に置き換えてもよい。
本開示において、各成分には、該当する物質が複数種含まれていてもよい。
本開示において「層」又は「膜」との語には、当該層又は膜が存在する領域を観察したときに、当該領域の全体に形成されている場合に加え、当該領域の一部にのみ形成されている場合も含まれる。
本開示の射出成形品は、意匠面と反対面とを有する本体部と、前記本体部の周縁部に設けられ、前記本体部の厚み方向で前記意匠面と反対側へ張り出した張出部と、を有し、前記本体部の厚みAと前記張出部の厚みBとが、下記式(1)の関係を満たすものである。

本体部の周縁部に設けられた張出部は、射出成形品の強度を向上するためのフランジであってもよい。
本体部の厚みが一定でない場合、本体部の厚みAは、本体部の任意の5点における厚みの算術平均値をいう。また、張出部の厚みが一定でない場合、張出部の厚みBは、張出部の任意の5点における厚みの算術平均値をいう。
本実施形態の射出成形品は、例えば、自動車用部品として用いることができる。但し、射出成形品の用途は、自動車用部品に限定されない。
張出部12は、図1に示すように、本体部11の背面を観察したときに、本体部11の周縁部11C(本体部11の外周)に沿って一周分設けられている。なお、本開示は上記構成に限定されず、張出部12は、本体部11の周縁部11Cに沿って断続的に設けられる構成であってもよく、本体部11の周縁部11Cの一部に設けられる構成であってもよい。
一方、本開示の射出成形品が可動側金型をコアバックさせて成形される場合、キャビティ22Bの幅Bと射出成形品のフランジの厚みとは大凡一致するものの、キャビティ22Aの幅Aと射出成形品の本体部の厚みとは一致せず、キャビティ22Aの幅Aよりも本体部の厚みが厚くなる。本開示の射出成形品が可動側金型をコアバックさせて成形される場合、キャビティ22Aにおける樹脂材料の流動性を確保するため、本体部の厚みAと張出部の厚みBとは、下記式(1’)の関係を満たすことが望ましい。

また、本開示の射出成形品が可動側金型をコアバックさせて成形されたものである場合、コアバック前におけるキャビティ22Aの幅Aとキャビティ22Bの幅Bとが、式(1)の関係を満たすことが望ましい。
本実施形態の射出成形品を成形するための金型は、固定側金型と、前記固定側金型に対して開閉方向に移動可能とされ、前記固定側金型との間に空隙であるキャビティを形成する可動側金型と、を備える。
金型は、射出成形に用いることができ、発泡成形の用途に好適に用いることができ、射出発泡形成の用途により好適に用いることができる。但し、これらの用途に限定されない。
本実施形態の射出成形品は、樹脂材料を射出するゲートを備える固定側金型と、前記固定側金型に対して開閉方向に移動可能とされ、前記固定側金型との間に空隙であるキャビティを形成する可動側金型と、を備える金型の前記キャビティ内に前記ゲートから樹脂材料を射出する工程を含む製造工程を経て製造されたものであってもよい。
射出成形品が発泡成形品である場合、発泡成形品は、樹脂材料を射出するゲートを備える固定側金型と、前記固定側金型に対して開閉方向に移動可能とされ、前記固定側金型との間に空隙であるキャビティを形成する可動側金型と、を備える金型の前記キャビティ内に前記ゲートから樹脂材料を射出する工程と、前記射出する工程において前記キャビティ内を前記樹脂材料で充填した後、前記固定側金型から前記可動側金型を開放方向に移動させて前記キャビティ内の容積を拡張する工程と、を経て製造することができるが、発泡成形品の製造工程は上記方法に限定されるものではない。発泡成形品は、本体部が、内部に発泡層を有する。
また、本明細書に記載された全ての文献、特許出願、及び技術規格は、個々の文献、特許出願、および技術規格が参照により取り込まれることが具体的かつ個々に記された場合と同程度に、本明細書中に参照により取り込まれる。
