Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明における中心型バタフライバルブの外観を示す斜視図であり、図2は、流路方向の縦断面図であり、図3は、流路に垂直な方向の縦断面図である。
図7に示す実施形態では、延伸部41は、弁体外周端24の断面M字状部29の2つの頂部27、27の位置にて最も弁翼側に長い終端部となっており、それらの2つの終端部に向かってそれぞれ徐々に幅が狭くなるように形成されている。また、この実施形態では、延伸部41の弁翼側の2つの終端部の間の形状もなだらかなアールによって繋がれている。
図13(a)〜(c)は、全閉位置近傍の弁体3と流路6に設けた円弧面12(シール面13)との位置関係を示しており、弁体3は、(a)、(b)、(c)の順に全閉位置へと回転する。図に示すようにボデー2の内周面11の全閉位置には、シール面13として円弧面12が形成されており、前述したとおり、この円弧面12を形成する弁体の中心Oを中心とする半径R1と弁体3の中心Oから断面M字状部29の谷底部28までの距離Lとは、略同一である。

Claims (9)
- 上下に設けた天地ボス面と弁翼外周端に設けた外周シール部を有する弁体をステムを介して円筒型のボデー内に回転自在に設けるとともに、前記外周シール部は、アール形状の頂部とアール形状の谷底部とをなだらかに繋いだ断面M字状部としたことを特徴とする中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記断面M字状部の2条の頂部付近は、互いに略同一のアール寸法を有し、かつ前記頂部付近のアール寸法に対し前記谷部のアール寸法が1/2〜2倍程度の範囲である請求項1に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記天地ボス面と前記断面M字状部の頂部とは、前記弁体の中心から略同一半径の球面の一部を成している請求項1に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記天地ボス面を球面状とするとともに、この天地ボス面の球面を弁翼部側に連続的にわずかに延ばした延伸部を設けた弁体を有する請求項3に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記天地ボス面から前記弁翼部の前記弁翼外周端の断面M字状部の前記谷底部までをなだらかな傾斜面で繋げた請求項4に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記延伸部は、前記弁翼外周端の頂部の位置で最も弁翼部側に延伸し、且つ、この最も延伸した位置に向かって徐々に幅が狭くなる形状を有している請求項4又は5に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記断面M字状部の前記谷底部の弁体中心からの距離は、前記ボデーの内周面の弁体中心からの距離と略同一とした請求項1に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記ボデーの内周面を円弧面とした請求項7に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
- 前記天地ボス面の前記ステム外周囲には、環状の隙間を設けた請求項1に記載の中心型バタフライバルブ。
