Claims (13)
- 容器上部に、磁性体物質が混入した被処理液体を流入せしめるための流入口と、該磁性体物質が分離除去された被処理液体を流出せしめるための流出口とを有する一方、容器底部の中央部には、該被処理液体から分離された前記磁性体物質を排出せしめるための排出口が設けられた、該磁性体物質を磁気分離するための筒状の処理容器と、
かかる処理容器の外周部に装着されて、該処理容器内に所定の磁界を作用せしめることにより、該処理容器の内壁面に前記被処理液体中の磁性体物質を吸着して、磁気分離する一方、かかる磁界の作用が選択的に解消せしめられ得るように構成して、そのような磁界の作用の解消によって、前記処理容器の内壁面に吸着された磁性体物質を、該内壁面から離脱させて、該処理容器内の下部に、重力により降下せしめる磁石手段と、
前記処理容器の下方に位置して、該処理容器内において前記被処理液体から吸着分離され、そして降下せしめられた前記磁性体物質が、該処理容器から、重力により流入せしめられる取外し可能な捕集容器と、
前記処理容器と該捕集容器とを連通せしめて、該処理容器内の磁性体物質を、該捕集容器内に導く連通路と、
該連通路上に配設されて、該連通路の開閉を行い、その開作動によって、前記磁性体物質が前記処理容器内から前記捕集容器内に流入することを許容するバルブ手段とを、
有していることを特徴とする磁気フィルタ装置。 - 前記処理容器内において、前記流入口に接続されて、該流入口から流入せしめられる前記被処理液体を該処理容器内の下部空間に導く導液路が、該処理容器の上部から下方に延びるように配設されている請求項1に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記導液路が、前記流入口から水平方向に延びる水平部と、該水平部から垂直方向下方に延びる垂直部とを有し、それら水平部と垂直部とによってL字形状を呈している請求項1又は請求項2に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記導液路を構成する前記垂直部の下端が閉塞せしめられている一方、該垂直部の下端部近傍の周壁部に、該導液路を通じて案内される被処理液体を前記処理容器内に吐出せしめる複数の吐出口が配設されている請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記連通路に接続された導入管が、前記捕集容器の上部から下方に所定長さ延びるように、該捕集容器内に配設されて、該連通路を通じて導かれる前記磁性体物質が、該導入管を介して、該捕集容器内に流入せしめられるようになっている請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記捕集容器が透明な容器にて構成されており、該捕集容器内に流入せしめられた前記磁性体物質の収容量が外部から把握され得るようになっている請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記捕集容器が、上部が開口部とされた容器本体と、該容器本体の上部開口部を閉塞すると共に、前記連通路が接続された蓋部材とを有し、それら容器本体と蓋部材とが締結部材にて締結せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記処理容器の底部がテーパ形状に形成されて、かかるテーパ形状の最小径部において前記排出口に接続されている請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記磁石手段が、前記処理容器の外周部に対して着脱可能に外装される筒状の磁石ケースと、該磁石ケースに対して周方向に所定間隔を隔てて取り付けられた複数個の永久磁石とを有し、該磁石ケースを該処理容器の外周部から取り外すことによって、該処理容器内への磁界の作用が解消せしめられ得るように構成されている請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記磁石ケースが、その筒状形状の軸心を含んで軸心方向に延びる分割面によって二つの半割筒体に分割されてなる構造を有し、それら二つの半割筒体が、一方の相対向する端部において前記軸心に平行な回転軸回りに回転可能とされている一方、他方の相対向する端部においては、相互に離脱可能に構成されている請求項9に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記二つの半割筒体に、それぞれ、前記永久磁石を収容し得る磁石収容ポケットが、該半割筒体の軸心方向に延びるように、且つ該半割筒体の軸心方向の一方の端面に開口せる形態において、設けられていると共に、かかる磁石収容ポケット内に前記永久磁石が収容されてなる形態において、該磁石収容ポケットの開口部が閉塞部材にて閉塞せしめられるように構成されている請求項10に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記半割筒体が、前記処理容器の外周面に対向する内周面に開口するように、前記磁石収容ポケット部の窓部を有しており、かかる窓部を介して、前記永久磁石が該処理容器の外周面に直接に対向せしめられている請求項11に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
- 前記処理容器の外周面に、少なくとも1つの突起が形成されており、かかる突起に、前記外装せしめられる磁石ケースが係止されることにより、該磁石ケースの位置決めと下方への移動が阻止されるようになっている請求項7乃至請求項12の何れか1項に記載の磁気フィルタ装置。
