Abstract
Description
搬送対象物を搬送して収容ケースに収容する搬送装置であって、
貫通孔が設けられた平板部材と、
前記平板部材を保持した状態で前記貫通孔を介して前記搬送対象物を吸引し、前記平板部材および前記搬送対象物を、前記収容ケースに搬送する第1の搬送ヘッドと、
を備え、
前記平板部材は、前記収容ケースへの収容時に、前記搬送対象物の端部が前記収容ケースの内側側面に当接することを阻止できる形状に構成されていることを特徴とする。
図1は、第1の実施形態における搬送装置100の要部構成を示す概略図である。第1の実施形態における搬送装置100は、平板部材10と、第1の搬送ヘッド20と、第2の搬送ヘッド30とを備える。
上述した第1の実施形態では、平板部材10として金属板を用いる例について説明した。第2の実施形態では、平板部材10として樹脂フィルムを用いる例について説明する。

Claims (10)
- 搬送対象物を搬送して収容ケースに収容する搬送装置であって、
貫通孔が設けられた平板部材と、
前記平板部材を保持した状態で前記貫通孔を介して前記搬送対象物を吸引し、前記平板部材および前記搬送対象物を、前記収容ケースに搬送する第1の搬送ヘッドと、
を備え、
前記平板部材は、前記収容ケースへの収容時に、前記搬送対象物の端部が前記収容ケースの内側側面に当接することを阻止できる形状に構成されていることを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 前記収容ケースに収容されている一番上の前記平板部材を保持するとともに、当該平板部材の前記貫通孔を介して、当該平板部材と一緒に搬送されてきた前記搬送対象物を吸引し、当該搬送対象物を所定の位置に搬送する第2の搬送ヘッドをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記第1の搬送ヘッドは、前記平板部材の前記貫通孔を介して前記搬送対象物を吸引するための吸引部と、前記平板部材を保持するための保持部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記第2の搬送ヘッドは、前記平板部材の前記貫通孔を介して前記搬送対象物を吸引するための吸引部と、前記平板部材を保持するための保持部とを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記保持部は、前記平板部材を吸引することによって前記平板部材を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記平板部材は、金属板であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記平板部材を回収するための回収装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記平板部材は、樹脂フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送対象物は、電極箔の表面に活物質層が形成されている電極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記電極は、電極箔の片面にのみ活物質層が形成されている片面電極であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の搬送装置。
