Abstract
Description
(1)トルク
試料(捲縮糸)約70cmを横に張り、中央部に0.18mN×表示テックス(2mg/de)の初荷重を吊るした後、両端を引揃える。糸は残留トルクにより回転しはじめるが初荷重が静止するまでそのままの状態で持ち、撚糸を得る。こうして得た撚糸を17.64mN×表示テックス(0.2g/de)の荷重下で25cm長の撚数を検撚器で測定する。得られた撚数(T/25cm)を4倍にしてトルク(T/m)とする。
(2)インターレース度
交絡糸を8.82mN×表示テックス(0.1g/de)の荷重下で1mの長さをとり、除重後、室温で24時放縮後の結節点の数を読み取り、個/mで表示する。
(3)捲縮率
供試糸条を、周長が1.125mの検尺機のまわりに巻きつけて、乾繊度が3333dtexのかせを調製する。前記かせを、スケール板の吊り釘に懸垂して、その下部分に6gの初荷重を付加し、さらに600gの荷重を付加したときのかせの長さL0を測定する。その後、直ちに、前記かせから荷重を除き、スケール板の吊り釘から外し、このかせを沸騰水中に30分間浸漬して、捲縮を発現させる。沸騰水処理後のかせを沸騰水から取り出し、かせに含まれる水分をろ紙により吸収除去し、室温において24時間風乾する。この風乾されたかせを、スケール板の吊り釘に懸垂し、その下部分に、600gの荷重をかけ、1分後にかせの長さL1aを測定し、その後かせから荷重を外し、1分後にかせの長さL2aを測定する。供試フィラメント糸条の捲縮率(CP)を、下記式により算出する。
CP(%)=((L1a−L2a)/L0)×100
(4)ヨコ方向のストレッチ性、ヨコ方向のストレッチ性回復率
JIS L 1018−1990により測定する。
(5)抗スナッギング性
JIS L 1058−1995 D3法のカナノコにより15時間テストする。
(6)目付け
JISL1018−1998 6.4により測定する。
カチオン可染性共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート(5−ナトリウムスルホイソフタル酸を共重合、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(総繊度90dtex/36本、単繊維の断面形状:丸断面、POY)を得た。
カチオン不染性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%、セミダル)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(総繊度90dtex/36本、単繊維の断面形状:十字断面、POY)を得た。
カチオン不染性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%、セミダル)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(総繊度145dtex/72本、単繊維の断面形状:丸断面、POY)を得た。

カチオン可染性共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート(5−ナトリウムスルホイソフタル酸を共重合、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%、セミダル)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(総繊度90dtex/36本、単繊維の断面形状:丸断面、POY)を得た。

Claims (15)
- 30T/m以下のトルクを有する捲縮繊維を含む布帛であって、前記捲縮繊維が互いに異なる2種以上の単繊維を含むことを特徴とする布帛。
- 前記2種以上の単繊維が、繊維を構成する成分または単繊維横断面形状または単繊維繊度において互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の布帛。
- 布帛が編地である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維が、S方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸AとZ方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸Bとを含む複合糸であり、かつ、前記仮撚捲縮加工糸Aと仮撚捲縮加工糸Bとが、互いに異なる単繊維を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維が、交絡の個数1〜70個/mでインターレース加工を施された交絡糸である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維のトルクがノントルクである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維において、単繊維繊度が0.00002〜2.0dtexの範囲内である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維において、総繊度が40〜180dtexの範囲内である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 前記捲縮繊維がポリエステル繊維またはナイロン繊維からなる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 布帛の目付けが50〜200g/m2の範囲内である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 布帛に親水化剤が付与されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- JIS L 1018−1990により測定した、ヨコ方向のストレッチ性が50%以上である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- JIS L 1018−1990により測定した、ヨコ方向のストレッチ性回復率が90%以上である、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- JIS L 1058−1995 D3法のカナノコにより15時間テストして、抗スナッギング性が3級以上である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の布帛。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の布帛を用いてなる、衣料、裏地、芯地、靴下、腹巻、帽子、手袋、寝衣、布団側地、布団カバー、カーシート表皮材の群より選ばれるいずれかの繊維製品。
