Abstract
Description
図1は、実施形態1に係る投光装置1の構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、第1実施形態に係る投光装置1の構成を示す断面図である。図2には、Y−Z平面に平行な平面で投光装置1をX軸方向の中央位置において切断した断面図が示されている。
発明者らは、第1実施形態の構成により走査軌跡SLが直線化されることについて、シミュレーションに基づく検証を行った。以下、この検証について説明する。
第1実施形態によれば、以下の効果が奏される。
上記第1実施形態では、一対の梁部102c1、梁部102c2の幅を互いに相違させることにより、一対の梁部102c1、梁部102c2の撓み易さを互いに相違させた。しかし、一対の梁部102c1、梁部102c2の撓み易さを互いに相違させる方法は、これに限られるものではない。
上記第1実施形態では、光偏向器14が、駆動部を1軸で回動させる構成であった。これに対し、第2実施形態では、ミラー17が互いに直交する2つの回動軸について回動可能なように、光偏向器14が構成されている。
上記第1および第2実施形態では、梁部102c、梁部112eを調整することによって、波長変換部材15の入射面15a上におけるレーザ光の走査軌跡の湾曲が抑制された。これに対し、第3実施形態では、磁気回路を調整することによって、波長変換部材15上におけるレーザ光の走査軌跡の湾曲が抑制される。
以上、本開示の実施形態および変更例について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態および変更例に何らの制限を受けるものではない。

Claims (9)
- レーザ光を出射するレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光の波長を他の波長に変換するとともに波長変換後の光を拡散させる波長変換部材と、
前記レーザ光が入射するミラーと、前記ミラーを支持する駆動部とを有し、かつ前記ミラーを回動させることにより、前記レーザ光を前記波長変換部材の表面上において少なくとも1次元に走査させる光偏向器と、
を備え、
前記ミラーは、前記波長変換部材の前記表面に前記レーザ光が斜め方向から入射するよう配置され、
前記光偏向器は、前記ミラーの回動に伴って、前記波長変換部材上において前記レーザ光が走査してできる軌跡の湾曲を抑制するよう前記駆動部を変位させる、ことを特徴とする光源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の光源装置において、前記光偏向器は、前記駆動部を回動軸に沿って両側から弾性支持する一対の弾性支持部を備え、前記一対の弾性支持部の撓み易さを互いに相違させることにより、前記ミラーの回動に伴い、前記軌跡の湾曲を抑制するよう前記駆動部を変位させる、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項2に記載の光源装置において、前記光偏向器は、前記一対の弾性支持部の幅を互いに相違させることにより、前記ミラーの回動に伴い、前記軌跡の湾曲を抑制するよう前記駆動部を変位させる、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項2または3に記載の光源装置において、前記光偏向器は、枠状の板バネを備え、前記板バネは、前記ミラーを支持する支持部と、前記支持部の前記回動軸に沿って両側から繋がる一対の梁部と、を備える、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項4に記載の光源装置において、前記光偏向器は、前記支持部に装着されたコイルと、前記コイルに磁界を印加するための磁石とを備え、前記コイルに電流を印加することにより、前記支持部とともに前記ミラーが回動する、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光源装置において、前記光偏向器は、前記駆動部に装着されたコイルと、前記コイルに磁界を印加するための磁気回路とを備え、前記コイルに電流を印加することにより、前記駆動部とともに前記ミラーが回動するよう構成され、前記磁気回路は、前記駆動部を回動させるための力を生じさせる磁界とともに、前記軌跡の湾曲を抑制する力を生じさせるための磁界を前記コイルに付与する、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項6に記載の光源装置において、前記磁気回路は、前記駆動部を回動させるための力を生じさせる磁界を前記コイルに付与するための第1の磁石と、前記軌跡の湾曲を抑制する力を生じさせるための磁界を前記コイルに付与するための第2の磁石とを備える、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項7に記載の光源装置において、前記第2の磁石は、前記コイルに対向する磁極面が前記駆動部の回動軸に垂直な面に対して所定角度で傾くように配置されている、ことを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の光源装置と、前記波長変換部材により拡散された光を投射する投射光学系と、を備える、ことを特徴とする投光装置。
