Abstract
Description
本実施例の電力変換装置によれば、樹脂製支持部材100の係止部104にハーネス118を係止することで、ハーネス118が緩むことを防止して組み立て作業が容易になる。また、電流センサ120と制御信号回路基板114を接続する配線を別個に設ける必要がないため、配線スペースの省スペース化が可能となり、電力変換装置の小型化に寄与できる。
Claims (5)
- 直流電力を交流電力に変換するパワー半導体モジュールと、
前記パワー半導体モジュールを駆動する駆動信号を出力する駆動信号回路基板と、
前記駆動信号回路基板を支持する樹脂製の支持部材と、を備え、
前記パワー半導体モジュールは、前記駆動信号を伝達する信号端子と、前記直流電力の入力および前記交流電力の出力を伝達する主端子と、を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記駆動信号回路基板と前記パワー半導体モジュールの間に配置され、
前記信号端子および前記主端子は、前記パワー半導体モジュールの前記支持部材と対向する側に設けられ、
前記支持部材における前記駆動信号回路基板と前記主端子との間の領域に金属製の遮蔽板が埋設されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記支持部材は、電流を伝達するバスバーが埋設されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記パワー半導体モジュールの収納空間を形成する金属製のケースを備え、
前記支持部材は、当該支持部材を前記ケースに固定する固定部と、前記遮蔽板が前記固定部まで延びる延設部と、を有し、
前記延設部を介して、前記遮蔽板を前記ケースと接地することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記支持部材は、ハーネスを係止する係止部を有することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記ハーネスは、前記パワー半導体モジュールを制御する制御信号を共有する制御信号回路基板と、前記パワー半導体モジュールからの交流電流を伝達する交流電流バスバーに流れる電流を測定する電流センサを接続することを特徴とする電力変換装置。
