Abstract
Description
図1に、本実施形態の生体吸収性膜の一例を示す。
図2A〜Cに、生体吸収性膜10の製造方法の一例を示す。
1,4−ジオキサン93質量部中にポリ−DL−乳酸(PDLLA)7質量部を溶解させ、塗布液を得た。
本回転における回転速度を500rpmとした以外は、実施例1と同一の条件として、生体吸収性膜を作製した。得られた生体吸収性膜は、緻密層及び多孔質層からなり、緻密層は、平均厚みが152μmであり、厚みの平均偏差が19μmであった。
本回転における回転速度を3000rpmとした以外は、実施例1と同一の条件として生体吸収性膜を作製した。得られた生体吸収性膜は、緻密層及び多孔質層からなり、緻密層は、平均厚みが51μmであり、厚みの平均偏差が6μmであった。

Claims (3)
- 第一の生体吸収性ポリマー及び溶媒を含む塗布液をスピンコートして、液膜を形成する工程と、
該液膜に、第二の生体吸収性ポリマーを含む多孔質膜を接触させて、緻密層を形成する工程を含む、生体吸収性膜の製造方法。 - 前記塗布液をスピンコートする際に、回転台を50rpm以上500rpm以下で予備回転させた後、500rpm以上3000rpm以下で本回転させる、請求項1に記載の生体吸収性膜の製造方法。
- 第一の生体吸収性ポリマーを含む緻密層と、
第二の生体吸収性ポリマーを含む多孔質層を有し、
前記緻密層は、平均厚みが10μm以上500μm以下であり、平均厚みに対する厚みの平均偏差の比が20%以下である、生体吸収性膜。
