Abstract
Description
磁気シールド板21のうち、鉄製ボルト13の下方に配置された部位の高さ位置を、受電コイルユニット11の下面よりも下側に配置してしまうと、磁気シールド板21と受電コイルユニット11との間に大きな間隙が形成する。車両が走行する際、道路上の泥や雨水等が、前記間隙から浸入して磁気シールド板21の上に異物が堆積するおそれがある。

Claims (6)
- 給電側コイルから送られる磁束を非接触で受ける受電コイルを有する受電コイルユニットと、
前記受電コイルユニットを車体に固定する鉄製ボルトと、
前記受電コイルユニットが受けた磁束の周囲への拡散を抑制する磁気シールド板と、を備え、
全ての前記鉄製ボルトの下方には、前記磁気シールド板が配置されていること
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。 - 請求項1に記載の非接触受電装置であって、
前記磁気シールド板は、シールド板本体部と、該シールド板本体部の端部に配置されると共に鉄製ボルトへ向かう磁束をシールドするボルトシールド部と、から構成され、
全ての前記鉄製ボルトの下方のみに、前記ボルトシールド部が配置されていること
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。 - 請求項2に記載の非接触受電装置であって、
前記ボルトシールド部は、前記シールド板本体部の周縁から突き出る舌片であり、この舌片の側部と受電コイルユニットとの間に間隙が形成されていること
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非接触受電装置であって、
前記鉄製ボルトは、受電コイルユニットを車両に搭載した場合における受電コイルユニットの前部と後部とに配置したこと
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の非接触受電装置であって、
前記磁気シールド板のうち、前記鉄製ボルトの下方に配置された部位の高さ位置を、受電コイルユニットの下面よりも上側に配置したこと
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の非接触受電装置であって、
前記鉄製ボルトが固定される車体から、磁気シールド板のうちの鉄製ボルトの下方に配置された部位までの高さをL1とし、
前記鉄製ボルトの全長をL2とした場合、
L1<L2の長さ関係に設定したこと
を特徴とする非接触受電装置。
