Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による電磁式可動装置100の構成を示す断面図であり、図2は、斜視図である。図1および図2に示すように、電磁式可動装置100は、開極用コイル1、投入用コイル2、磁束変化測定手段3、支柱4、固定鉄心5、可動鉄心6、永久磁石7、静止板8、開極用ばね9、駆動棒11a、および計測制御部30で構成されている。
実施の形態1では、磁束変化測定手段3は、支柱4本のうちの1本に配置されている場合について示したが、実施の形態2では、複数の支柱に配置した場合について示す。
実施の形態1および実施の形態2では、挙動推定手段32は出荷検査時等に測定した正常値(基準値)を参照する場合について示したが、実施の形態3では、挙動推定手段32が出荷検査時等に測定したデータを用いない場合について示す。
Claims (10)
- 可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心が接離可能に設けられ、前記可動鉄心を吸着させるように永久磁石が設けられた固定鉄心と、
駆動電流を通電することで前記可動鉄心を移動させる駆動用コイルと、
前記可動鉄心と前記固定鉄心が吸着状態である場合の前記永久磁石により発生した磁束が通る閉鎖磁路の外側に設けられ、前記可動鉄心が前記駆動用コイルに駆動電流を通電することで生じる磁力により移動する際に生じる漏れ磁束の変化を測定する磁束変化測定手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする電磁式可動装置。 - 前記磁束変化測定手段によって測定された磁束変化の時系列データおよび基準値データに基づいて前記可動鉄心の動作状態を推定する挙動推定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記挙動推定手段は、前記基準値データを予め記憶していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記挙動推定手段は、予め記憶する前記基準値データを消去し、前記基準値データを更新することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記挙動推定手段の出力に基づき、前記可動鉄心に連結される開閉機器に異常が発生したか否かを判別する状態判定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記挙動推定手段が、前記開閉機器の可動接点と前記可動接点と対向する固定接点の状態を推定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記挙動推定手段による挙動推定結果または前記状態判定手段による状態判定結果を外部へ通知する通知手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記可動鉄心が前記固定鉄心から離れて動作終端となる位置に設けられた静止板と、
前記静止板を前記固定鉄心に支える支柱とを備え、
前記磁束変化測定手段が前記支柱に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電磁式可動装置。 - 前記静止板および前記支柱が磁性体で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁式可動装置。
- 前記磁束変化測定手段を、複数個備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁式可動装置。
