Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る検査装置の概略を示す外観斜視図である。検査装置10は、収容部11と、検出部12と、色情報取得部13と、脱臭処理部14と、報知部15と、入力部16と、制御部17と、記憶部18とを備える。制御部17及び記憶部18については、後述する図2に示す機能ブロック図を用いて詳細を説明する。
図4は、第2実施形態に係る検査システムの概略構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図4に示すように、検査システム20は、検出装置30と、検査装置40と備える。検出装置30と検査装置40とは、例えばインターネット回線、WAN(Wide Area Network)又はLAN(Local Area Network)等のネットワーク50を介して相互に通信可能に接続される。

Claims (9)
- 被検物を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部に収容された前記被検物が発生する物質を検出する検出部と、
前記収容部に収容された前記被検物の色に関する情報を取得する色情報取得部と、
前記検出部が検出した前記物質と、前記色情報取得部が取得した前記色に関する情報とに基づいて、前記被検物のクオリティを判定する制御部と、
を備える検査装置。 - 前記色情報取得部は、前記被検物の外観を撮像して前記色に関する情報を取得する、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検出部が前記物質を検出する前に、前記収容部のリフレッシュ処理を実行する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検出部が前記物質を検出した後に、前記収容部のリフレッシュ処理を実行する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記リフレッシュ処理は、前記収容部の脱気及び脱臭、並びに前記検出部の初期化の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の検査装置。
- 前記被検物が発生する物質と該被検物のクオリティとを対応付けた情報を記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記記憶部に記憶された前記情報を参照して、前記被検物のクオリティを判定する、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。 - 前記制御部が判定した前記クオリティに関する情報を報知する報知部をさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記被検物は食品であり、
前記制御部は、前記食品のクオリティとして、前記食品が腐っているか否か、前記食品が食べごろであるか否か、前記食品の熟成度、前記食品の鮮度、前記食品の産地又は前記食品の残留農薬の程度の少なくとも一つを判定する、
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。 - 検出装置と検査装置とを備え、
前記検出装置は、被検物を収容する収容部と、前記収容部に収容された前記被検物が発生する物質を検出する検出部と、前記収容部に収容された前記被検物の色に関する情報を取得する色情報取得部と、前記検出部が検出した前記物質に関する情報及び前記色情報取得部が取得した前記色に関する情報を前記検査装置に送信する通信部と、を備え、
前記検査装置は、前記検出装置から前記物質に関する情報及び前記色に関する情報を受信する通信部と、前記受信した前記物質に関する情報及び前記色に関する情報に基づいて前記被検物のクオリティを判定する制御部と、を備える、
検査システム。
