前記フッ素ゴム100重量部に対して、前記グラファイトを5重量部〜50重量部の範囲で含有するか、又は、前記ピッチ系炭素繊維を5重量部〜50重量部の範囲で含有することを特徴とする前記1記載のフッ素ゴム組成物。

シール用材料として用いられる前記1又は2記載のフッ素ゴム組成物。

前記1〜3の何れかに記載のフッ素ゴム組成物を架橋してなるフッ素ゴム架橋体。
フッ素ゴム(ダイキン工業社製「ダイエルG−801」;フッ化ビニリデン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体)100重量部、鱗状グラファイト(中越黒鉛社製「グラファイトCPB−6S」(平均粒径:15μm))15重量部、架橋剤(日油社製「パーヘキサ25B」)1重量部、トリアリルイソシアヌレート(日本化成社製「タイク」)3重量部を、密閉式混練機及びオープンロールを用いて混練し、未架橋ゴムを作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、人造グラファイト(中越黒鉛社製「グラファイトG−6S」(平均粒径:6μm))を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、ピッチ系炭素繊維(大阪ガスケミカル社製「ドナカーボS2404N」(平均繊維長:0.04mm))を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、ピッチ系炭素繊維(大阪ガスケミカル社製「ドナカーボS−241」(平均繊維長:0.13mm))を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、酸化マグネシウム(協和化学工業社製「キョーワマグ150」)を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、水酸化カルシウム(近江化学工業社製「Caldic2000」)を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、炭酸カルシウム(白石カルシウム社製「白艶華CC」)を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例1において、鱗状グラファイトに代えて、酸化亜鉛(堺化学工業社製「亜鉛華」)を15重量部配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を作製した。
実施例及び比較例で得られた各試験片を、2wt%の酢酸水溶液中に試験温度60℃で72時間浸漬させ、浸漬後の試験片の体積変化率と外観により耐有機酸性を下記評価基準で評価した。なお、体積変化率は、JIS K6258:2003に準拠して測定した。
A:面荒れが発生せず、体積変化率が20%以下である。
B:面荒れが発生し、体積変化率が20%を超える。
表1より、本発明のフッ素ゴム組成物(実施例1〜4)によれば、耐有機酸性に優れる効果が得られることがわかる。
Claims (4)
- パーオキサイド架橋可能なフッ素ゴムに、
充填剤として、
2価金属の酸化物、2価金属の水酸化物及び2価金属の炭酸塩を実質的に含まず、
且つ、平均粒子径が4μm〜20μmのグラファイト、又は、平均繊維長が0.04〜0.15mmのピッチ系炭素繊維を含有することを特徴とするフッ素ゴム組成物。 - 前記フッ素ゴム100重量部に対して、前記グラファイトを5重量部〜50重量部の範囲で含有するか、又は、前記ピッチ系炭素繊維を5重量部〜50重量部の範囲で含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のフッ素ゴム組成物。
- シール用材料として用いられる請求項1又は2記載のフッ素ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のフッ素ゴム組成物を架橋してなるフッ素ゴム架橋体。
