本実施例では、まず、スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物水性エマルジョン(BASF社製Acronal(登録商標)295 DN ap(商品名))100質量部に、平均粒子径1.0μmの赤外線遮蔽二酸化チタン(テイカ株式会社製JR−1000(商品名))16質量部、平均粒子径0.28μmの白色顔料用二酸化チタン(テイカ株式会社製JR−603(商品名))36質量部、平均粒子径10〜40μmの炭化水素ガスを充満したアクリル中空ビーズ32質量部、可塑剤1質量部、造膜助剤6質量部、消泡剤0.8質量部、分散剤0.8質量部、防腐剤0.2質量部、凍結防止剤6.0質量部、25%アンモニア水0.32質量部、増粘剤0.6質量部、調整水0.28〜0.4質量部を添加し、混合することにより、断熱性塗料組成物を調製した。
本比較例では、実施例1で用いたものと全く同一のカラー鋼板に断熱性塗料組成物を全く塗布しなかったものを試料1とした以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして試料1の裏面における温度変化を温度測定装置8により継続的に測定した。結果を図3に示す。
本比較例では、実施例1で用いた断熱性塗料組成物に代えて、株式会社大高商会の販売する断熱性塗料(商品名:クールサーム)を用い、実施例1で用いたものと全く同一のカラー鋼板の表面に該断熱性塗料を0.05g/cm2の塗布量で塗布し、乾燥させることにより、厚さ0.1mmの断熱性塗膜を形成した以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして試料1の裏面における温度変化を温度測定装置8により継続的に測定した。結果を図3に示す。
本比較例では、実施例1で用いた断熱性塗料組成物に代えて、サイペイントジャパン株式会社製断熱性塗料(商品名:プラネットスープラ)を用い、実施例1で用いたものと全く同一のカラー鋼板の表面に該断熱性塗料を0.03g/cm2の塗布量で塗布し、乾燥させることにより、厚さ0.2mmの断熱性塗膜を形成した以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして試料1の裏面における温度変化を温度測定装置8により継続的に測定した。結果を図3に示す。
本比較例では、実施例1で用いた断熱性塗料組成物に代えて、サイペイントジャパン株式会社日新産業製断熱性塗料(商品名:GAINA)を用い、実施例1で用いたものと全く同一のカラー鋼板の表面に該断熱性塗料を0.04g/cm2の塗布量で塗布し、乾燥させることにより、厚さ0.4mmの断熱性塗膜を形成した以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして試料1の裏面における温度変化を温度測定装置8により継続的に測定した。結果を図3に示す。

ブラックパネル温度:63±3℃
潤滑サイクル試験:サイクルA
その結果、割れ、膨れ、はがれ及び変色は、いずれも認められないとの試験結果を得られた。
破断状況:100%A/B

破断状況:60%A、40%A/B
n3 付着強さ:2.0MPa
破断状況:60%A、40%A/B
平均値 付着強さ:1.9MPa
なお、破壊状況の表記内容は、下記のとおりである。

Claims (10)
- スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又はアクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重と、白色顔料と、アクリル中空ビーズとを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗膜において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重と前記アクリル中空ビーズとの質量比(前記アクリル中空ビーズ/前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重)が、1以下であることを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- 請求項1記載の断熱性塗膜において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重100質量部に対し、前記アクリル中空ビーズ45〜85質量部とを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- 請求項1又は2記載の断熱性塗膜において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重100質量部に対し、前記アクリル中空ビーズ60〜70質量部とを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の断熱性塗膜において、前記白色顔料はルチル型二酸化チタンであって、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重100質量部に対し、前記ルチル型二酸化チタン74〜143質量部を含み、前記ルチル型二酸化チタンは0.1〜10μmの範囲の平均粒子径を備えることを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の断熱性塗膜において、前記アクリル中空ビーズは内部に炭化水素ガスが充満していることを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項記載の断熱性塗膜において、ポリプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗膜。
- スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物エマルジョン又はアクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重と、白色顔料と、アクリル中空ビーズとを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗料組成物において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物の固形分又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重の固形分と前記アクリル中空ビーズとの質量比(前記アクリル中空ビーズ/前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物)が、1以下であることを特徴とする断熱性塗料組成物。
- 請求項7記載の断熱性塗料組成物において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物エマルジョンの固形分又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重の固形分100質量部に対し、前記アクリル中空ビーズ45〜85質量部とを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗料組成物。
- 請求項7又は8記載の断熱性塗料組成物において、前記スチレンアクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合物エマルジョンの固形分又は前記アクリル酸ブチルスチレン共重の固形分100質量部に対し、前記アクリル中空ビーズ60〜70質量部とを含むことを特徴とする断熱性塗料組成物。
- 請求項7〜請求項9のいずれか1項記載の断熱性塗料組成物において、前記アクリル中空ビーズは内部に炭化水素ガスが充満していることを特徴とする断熱性塗料組成物。
