Abstract
Description
本実施例では、まず、アクリル酸エステル-メタクリル酸エステル-スチレン共重合物の水性エマルジョン450.0~480.0質量部と、赤外線遮蔽二酸化チタン及び白色顔料用二酸化チタンを合計で220.0~300.0質量部と、アクリル中空ビーズ70.0~180.0質量部と、分散剤、消泡剤、造膜助剤、可塑剤、防腐剤、凍結防止剤、増粘剤、及び、希釈水を合計で40~260質量部とを、全量で1000.0質量部となるように混合して、遮熱断熱性塗料組成物を調製した。
本比較例では、市販断熱性塗料(SG化学株式会社製ルミナスター(商品名))を用いた以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、基材の表面に断熱性塗膜を形成した。
Claims (1)
- アクリル酸エステル-メタクリル酸エステル-スチレン共重合物の水性エマルジョンと、ルチル型二酸化チタンと、アクリル中空ビーズとを含む遮熱断熱性塗料組成物であって、
塗料組成物の全量に対し、35~50質量%の範囲のアクリル酸エステル-メタクリル酸エステル-スチレン共重合物の水性エマルジョンと、20~30質量%の範囲のルチル型二酸化チタンと、5~20質量%の範囲のアクリル中空ビーズとを含み、
前記アクリル酸エステル-メタクリル酸エステル-スチレン共重合物の水性エマルジョンは、固形分として42~55質量%の範囲のアクリル酸エステル-メタクリル酸エステル-スチレン共重合物を含むことを特徴とする遮熱断熱性塗料組成物。
