Abstract
Description
実施の形態1の空気調和装置について、検討例と対比しながら構成を説明する。
実施の形態2では、室外熱交換器を分割して交互に除霜を行なう点は実施の形態1と共通する。実施の形態2では、流路切替弁の構成と四方弁への接続関係を実施の形態1とは変えて、簡単な構成で暖房運転を止めずに除霜を可能とすることに加えて、さらに実施の形態1よりも四方弁における熱損失を低減させている。
Claims (3)
- 暖房運転中に、冷媒が圧縮機、室内熱交換器、膨張弁および室外熱交換器の順に循環する空気調和装置であって、
前記圧縮機と前記室外熱交換器との間の流路に設けられた切替弁を備え、
前記室外熱交換器は、それぞれ流路が独立した第1熱交換部と第2熱交換部とを含み、
前記切替弁は、
前記圧縮機の冷媒出口に接続される第1接続口と、
前記暖房運転中に前記第1熱交換部に接続される第2接続口と、
前記暖房運転中に前記第2熱交換部に接続される第3接続口と、
前記暖房運転中に前記圧縮機の冷媒入口に接続される第4接続口とを含み、
前記暖房運転時に、前記第2接続口、前記第3接続口および前記第4接続口は、連通するとともに前記第1接続口とは非連通とされ、
前記第1熱交換部の除霜運転時に、前記第1接続口と前記第2接続口とが互いに連通するとともに、前記第3接続口と前記第4接続口とが互いに連通し、
前記第2熱交換部の除霜運転時に、前記第1接続口と前記第3接続口とが互いに連通するとともに、前記第2接続口と前記第4接続口とが互いに連通する、空気調和装置。 - 前記暖房運転時に前記圧縮機の冷媒出口を前記室内熱交換器に接続し前記圧縮機の冷媒入口を前記第4接続口に接続し、冷房運転時に前記圧縮機の冷媒出口を前記第4接続口に接続し前記圧縮機の冷媒入口を前記室内熱交換器に接続するように構成される、四方弁をさらに備え、
前記切替弁は、前記冷房運転時に、前記第2接続口、前記第3接続口および前記第4接続口が連通するともに前記第1接続口とは非連通とされるように構成される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記暖房運転時に前記圧縮機の冷媒出口を前記室内熱交換器に接続し、冷房運転時に前記圧縮機の冷媒入口を前記室内熱交換器に接続するように構成される、四方弁と、
前記圧縮機の冷媒出口と前記第1接続口との間を接続する流路に設けられ、前記圧縮機からの冷媒の流量を制限する流量制限部とをさらに備え、
前記流量制限部は、前記暖房運転時に閉止され、前記冷房運転時に開かれ、前記第1熱交換部または前記第2熱交換部の除霜時に開度が絞られた状態となるように構成される流量調整弁を含み、
前記切替弁は、前記冷房運転時に、前記第1接続口、前記第2接続口および前記第3接続口が連通するとともに前記第4接続口とは非連通とされるように構成される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
