Claims (6)
- 上板部及び前記上板部の幅方向両側から下方に延びる一対の上側平坦部を有する断面U状の上側部材と、下板部及び前記下板部の幅方向両側から上方に延びる一対の下側平坦部を有する断面U字状の下側部材とを、前記上側平坦部と前記下側平坦部を突き合わせた状態で溶接してなる筒状のブーム部材を備えた作業機械用ブームであって、
前記上側部材と前記下側部材の溶接部位は、前記ブーム部材の先端側に下方向に負荷が作用した場合に、圧縮応力が生じる圧縮部と引張応力が生じる引張部との境界となる応力中立点よりも圧縮部側に位置し、
前記溶接部位の内面側に補強部材が配置されていることを特徴とする作業機械用ブーム。 - 前記溶接部位は、前記上側平坦部の長さL1と下側平坦部の長さL2の比L1/L2が3〜4となる位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機械用ブーム。
- 前記補強部材は、前記溶接部位に当接する裏当て部と、前記裏当て部から内面側に突出する補剛部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機械用ブーム。
- 前記補強部材は、前記裏当て部の上下方向端部から前記補剛部が屈曲して延在する断面L字形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作業機械用ブーム。
- 前記裏当て部及び前記補剛部は、前記ブーム部材の全長にわたって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作業機械用ブーム。
- 前記裏当て部は、前記ブーム部材の全長にわたって設けられ、
前記補剛部は、前記ブーム部材の長さ方向において局所的に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作業機械用ブーム。
