Claims (15)
- 電池セルを有する電池パックから供給される電力によって駆動可能なモータと、前記モータを制御する制御手段と、を有する電動工具であって、前記制御手段は、前記電池パックからモータ停止信号が入力された場合でも前記モータの回転を継続させるように構成したことを特徴とする電動工具。
- 前記制御手段は、前記モータ停止信号によって前記モータを停止させるか、或いは前記モータ停止信号にかかわらず前記モータの回転を継続させるかを切り替えるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動工具。
- 前記電池パックは前記電池セルの状態を監視する電池保護手段を有し、前記電池保護手段は、前記電池セルに流れる電流が第1の所定値以上の状態が第1の所定時間継続した際に前記モータ停止信号を出力するように構成され、前記制御手段は、前記電池セルの温度が第1の所定値より高い場合に前記モータ停止信号に基づき前記モータを停止するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動工具。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電池セルの温度が前記第1の所定値より低い場合において、前記温度が低い場合は高い場合よりも前記モータの許容電流値を大きくすると共に電流継続時間を長くし、前記電流継続時間経過後に前記モータを停止するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動工具。
- 電池セルを有する電池パックから供給される電力によって駆動可能なモータと、前記電池セルの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、前記モータを制御する制御手段と、を有する電動工具であって、前記制御手段は、前記電池パックからモータ停止信号が入力された場合でも前記電池温度検出手段からの信号に基づいて前記モータの回転を継続させるように構成したことを特徴とする電動工具。
- 前記電池セルの温度が第1の所定値より高い場合には、前記モータ停止信号に基づいて前記モータを停止し、前記電池セルの温度が前記第1の所定値以下の場合には、前記モータ停止信号にかかわらず前記モータの回転を継続することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電動工具。
- 前記電池セルの温度が前記第1の所定値以下の場合には、前記温度が低い場合は高い場合よりも前記モータの許容電流値を大きくすると共に電流継続時間を長くし、前記電流継続時間経過後に前記モータを停止するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動工具。
- 電池セルを有する電池パックから供給される電力によって駆動可能なモータと、前記モータを制御する制御手段と、を有する電動工具であって、前記制御手段は、前記電池パックからモータ停止信号が入力された場合に前記モータを停止する第1のモードと、前記電池パックから前記モータ停止信号が入力された場合でも前記モータの回転を継続させる第2のモードを有することを特徴とする電動工具。
- 少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを有し、該二次電池セルから供給される放電電流により所望の作業を継続して行うことが可能な電動工具に装着可能に構成された電池パックであって、該放電電流が大きくなった場合に該所望の作業を継続可能な時間を制限するように構成したことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 該時間を、該二次電池セルの電池温度が低い場合より高い場合の方が短くなるように構成すると共に該放電電流が小さい場合より大きい場合が短くなるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを有し、該二次電池セルから供給される放電電流により所望の作業を継続して行うことが可能な電動工具に装着可能に構成された電池パックであって、該放電電流が大きくなった場合に該所望の作業を継続可能な時間を、該二次電池セルの電池温度が低い場合より高い場合の方が短くなるように構成したことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを有する電池パックが装着され、該二次電池セルから供給される放電電流により所望の作業を継続して行うことが可能な電動工具であって、該放電電流が大きくなった場合に該所望の作業を継続可能な時間を制限するように構成したことを特徴とする電動工具。
- 該時間を、該二次電池セルの電池温度が低い場合より高い場合の方が短くなるように構成すると共に該放電電流が小さい場合より大きい場合が短くなるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電動工具。
- 少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを有する電池パックが装着され、該二次電池セルから供給される放電電流により所望の作業を継続して行うことが可能な電動工具であって、該放電電流が大きくなった場合に該所望の作業を継続可能な時間を、該二次電池セルの電池温度が低い場合より高い場合の方が短くなるように構成したことを特徴とする電動工具。
- モータと、該モータと該二次電池セルとの間に設けられ該放電電流の経路を遮断するスイッチング素子を備え、該時間が経過した後に該スイッチング素子を遮断するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具。
