図1Aは、本発明の実施形態1に係る組電池の斜視図である。図1Bは、図1Aに示す組電池の側面図である。
次に、本実施形態の組電池100が備える二次電池10の構成について説明する。
次に、本実施形態の組電池100が備えるスペーサ20について説明する。
次に、本発明の組電池の実施形態2について、図1から図6A,図6Bを援用し、図8を用いて説明する。図8は、実施形態1の図1Bに対応する本実施形態の組電池102の側断面図である。
Claims (5)
- セパレータを介して積層した正極および負極電極からなる積層体を捲回して設けられた扁平な捲回電極群と、該捲回電極群を収容する扁平な電池容器とを備えた二次電池を、スペーサを介して積層した組電池であって、
前記捲回電極群は、前記積層体が平坦に積層した平坦部と、該平坦部の両端で前記積層体が少なくとも一部で湾曲して積層した湾曲部とを有し、
前記スペーサは、前記平坦部の両端よりも内側に対向する範囲内で前記電池容器の幅広面に当接する当接部と、前記湾曲部に対向する範囲内で前記電池容器の幅広面に対向する対向部とを有し、
前記対向部の厚みは前記当接部の厚みよりも薄いことを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記平坦部は、前記捲回電極群が一対の平坦面の間で扁平に圧縮されたときに、最内周から最外周までの前記積層体がすべて平坦になる部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記一対の平坦面の間で扁平に圧縮されたときの前記捲回電極群の圧縮方向に沿う断面において、前記平坦部の両端における厚さ方向中央をそれぞれ中心とし、前記平坦部の両側の前記湾曲部の頂点をそれぞれ通る一対の仮想円を想定したときに、
前記当接部は、前記一対の仮想円のそれぞれが前記平坦部の最外周と交差する各点を含む該二点の間の範囲において、前記平坦部に対向することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組電池。 - 前記一対の仮想円と中心を同じくし、該仮想円の半径と、該中心から前記平坦部の最外周の前記負極電極までの距離との平均を半径とする一対の第二の仮想円を想定した時に、
前記当接部は、前記一対の第二の仮想円のそれぞれが前記平坦部の最外周と交差する各点を含む該二点の間の範囲において、前記平坦部に対向することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組電池。 - 前記スペーサは、前記当接部が複数に分割されて前記電池容器の幅広面に沿って流体を通すスリットを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の組電池。
