Abstract

Claims (5)
- 複数の透明基材が積層されて形成された透明積層体と、
前記透明積層体に対向して配置される画像表示体と、
前記透明積層体と前記画像表示体との間に配置され、光硬化性樹脂により形成された樹脂層と、を備え、
前記複数の透明基材は、熱接着フィルムにより接着され、
前記熱接着フィルムは、波長395nmの光透過率が50%以上であり、波長365nmの光透過率が10%以下である、表示デバイス。 - 前記透明積層体は、前記複数の透明基材の間に、模様を構成する物質を有している、請求項1に記載の表示デバイス。
- 前記熱接着フィルムは、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体及びポリビニルブチラールの少なくとも一方を主成分とし、紫外線吸収剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の表示デバイス。
- 複数の透明基材を、波長395nmの光透過率が50%以上である熱接着フィルムを間に挟んで重ねて配置する透明基材配置工程と、
加熱及び加圧により、前記複数の透明基材を接着して透明積層体を形成する接着工程と、
前記透明積層体と前記画像表示体とを、間に光硬化性樹脂を挟んで重ね合わせ、前記透明積層体側から光を照射して、前記光硬化性樹脂を硬化させる樹脂硬化工程と、
を含む、表示デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記熱接着フィルムは、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体及びポリビニルブチラールの少なくとも一方を主成分とし、紫外線吸収剤を含み、
前記樹脂硬化工程で照射する前記光はピーク波長が390〜410nmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の表示デバイスの製造方法。
