技术领域

背景技术
触控面板(Touch Panel,简称TP),又称触摸屏、触控屏,是一种形成在图像显示装置显示面上,利用人体或电容笔等导体进行指令输入的装置,可代替鼠标、键盘等外接输入装置以及机械式输入按键等输入设备,可有效简化电脑、手机、电子仪表、游戏设备等电子产品结构,具有非常广阔的应用前景。从技术原理来分,触控面板主要有电容式、电阻式、超声波式和红外式等。
红外式触控技术凭借准确的触控精度,以及相对来说低成本的优势,目前占领着触控的很大一部分市场。但是,红外式触控技术不适用于有强光的场合,当有阳光直射在触摸面上面时,以及当有粉尘,水滴等遮挡物时,会对触控的精度造成一定的影响。随着电容成本的逐渐降低,以及规格尺寸越来越大,其灵敏度高,抗干扰能力较强,使用场景广泛,对机器外观影响小等优点,电容式触控技术以其相对灵敏的触控体现,受到越来越多的用户使用和追捧。
技术问题
请参阅图1,现有技术中触控显示装置的层状结构示意图。所述触控显示装置包括依次层叠设置的一显示面板(Display Panel)11、一触控面板(TP)13以及一玻璃盖板(Cover Glass,简称CG)15,相邻组件之间通过固态光学胶(Solid Optically Clear Adhesive,简称SOCA)19利用全贴技术进行贴合。
在商用显示领域,作为教育白板和高端会议机等大型显示设备,为方便操作和演示,非常需要大尺寸触控显示装置。而对于大尺寸触控显示装置,采用全贴技术贴合需要大量的固态光学胶,极大地提高了生产成本,且存在脱胶等不良现象;同时,由于相邻组件之间均通过固态光学胶采用全贴技术进行贴合方式,会有贴合黄化问题、涨缩不同的弯折问题、以及可视区褶皱问题等。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于,针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种触控显示装置及其制作方法,可以利用少量的光学胶采用真空贴合方式,使得盖板、触控面板以及显示面板之间紧密贴合,节省光学胶材料,提高产品良率。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种触控显示装置的制作方法,包括如下步骤:提供一显示面板;将一全贴胶层覆盖于所述显示面板的上表面,其中,所述全贴胶层为液态光学胶;将一触控面板放置于所述显示面板的上表面,使得所述触控面板与所述显示面板中部相对设置,所述触控面板的下表面贴附至所述全贴胶层的上表面;将一第一框贴子胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处,其中,所述第一框贴子胶层为液态胶;将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面,其中,所述条状胶块的宽度小于所述第一框贴子胶层的宽度;将一盖板放置于所述触控面板的上表面,使得所述盖板与所述触控面板中部相对设置,所述条状胶块的上表面贴附至所述盖板的下表面;在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化;以及在真空环境下,采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层被固化,同时使得熔化后的所述条状胶块被固化成一第二框贴子胶层,并在所述第一框贴子胶层、所述第二框贴子胶层中部形成一真空腔。

S43:将一触控面板放置于所述显示面板的上表面,使得所述触控面板与所述显示面板中部相对设置,所述触控面板的下表面贴附至所述全贴胶层的上表面。可以采用CCD对位方式或冶具辅助定位方式,使得所述触控面板23与所述显示面板21中部相对设置。进一步的实施例中,所述触控面板23与所述显示面板21的形状相同、尺寸相同,从而可以进一步有效地确保所述触控面板23的可操作区与所述显示面板21的显示区一致。
进一步的实施例中,所述全贴胶层22可以采用液态光学胶。由于所述全贴胶层22采用液态光学胶,且全面覆盖所述显示面板21的上表面,因此,所述触控面板23与所述显示面板21可以通过液态光学胶采用全贴技术贴合,贴合后触控区域的表面平整性较好,触控操作的灵敏度也较高,触控体验也较好。
S44:将一框贴胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处。
S45:将一盖板放置于所述触控面板的上表面,使得所述盖板与所述触控面板中部相对设置,所述框贴胶层的上表面贴附至所述盖板的下表面。可以采用CCD对位方式或冶具辅助定位方式,使得所述盖板25与所述触控面板23中部相对设置。所述盖板25用于保护所述触控面板23以及所述显示面板21,用户可以直接在所述盖板25上进行触控操作。优选的,所述盖板25的表面积大于所述触控面板23的表面积,从而使得所述盖板25能全面覆盖所述触控面板23,使得用户在所述盖板21上进行的触控操作具有良好的灵敏度,且利于实现窄边框设计。所述盖板25优选为玻璃盖板。
进一步的实施例中,所述框贴胶层24可以采用固态光学胶。由于所述框贴胶层24采用固态光学胶,且贴附于所述触控面板23的上表面的边缘处,因此,所述盖板25与所述触控面板23可以通过固态光学胶采用框贴技术贴合。由于全贴技术中需采用大量的光学胶,极大地提高了面板制造成本,因此,所述盖板25与所述触控面板23之间采用框贴技术,以有效节省光学胶材料。
S46:在真空环境下,采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层以及所述框贴胶层被固化,并在所述框贴胶层中部形成一真空腔。制备成的触控显示装置如图3所示。
可以将胶层贴附后的所述盖板25、所述触控面板23及所述显示面板21送进一真空装置,然后在密封环境下,利用一真空泵将所述真空装置抽真空,之后利用所述真空装置内的一加热模块(例如设于真空装置的设备内的加热管),对胶层贴附后的所述盖板25、所述触控面板23及所述显示面板21进行加热处理,使得采用固态光学胶的所述框贴胶层24熔化。所述框贴胶层24在加热和加压的双重作用下会熔化流平,使得所述触控面板23的边缘处与所述盖板25的边缘处紧密贴合;而所述触控面板23与所述盖板25之间的中部为被所述框贴胶层24包围的真空区域,使得所述触控面板23与所述盖板25之间的中部在大气压的作用下紧密贴合,有效保证触控操作的灵敏度。
进一步的实施例中,步骤S44进一步包括:41)将一第一框贴子胶层覆盖于贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处;以及42)将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面。相应的,步骤S45进一步包括:51)在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化;以及52)采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层被固化,同时使得熔化后的所述条状胶块被固化成一第二框贴子胶层,并在所述第一框贴子胶层、所述第二框贴子胶层中部形成所述真空腔。
进一步的实施例中,所述第一框贴子胶层241采用具有较高的粘附性的胶粘剂,为所述第二框贴子胶层242起到预固定及定位的作用,避免所述第二框贴子胶层242被贴歪;所述第一框贴子胶层241可以为液态胶或者固态胶,只要能使所述第二框贴子胶层242紧密地贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层241,使所述第二框贴子胶层242与所述第一框贴子胶层241的位置保持一致即可。优选地,所述第一框贴子胶层241是首尾衔接,为后面工序做准备,但不限定于此,本领域的技术人员可以根据实际需求进行设置。
进一步的实施例中,所述第二框贴子胶层242为固态光学胶,且所述第二框贴子胶层242的宽度小于或等于所述第一框贴子胶层241的宽度,便于所述第二框贴子胶层242贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层241的上表面,避免所述第二框贴子胶层242出现贴歪或脱落的现象。步骤42)进一步包括:将所述固态光学胶裁切为四条条状胶块;将四条所述条状胶块首尾衔接围成环状,优选为矩环形,但不限于此;以及将环状的所述条状胶块贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面。可以采用刀模切割方式或激光切割方式将一固态光学胶裁切为较窄的条状胶块,利于实现窄边框设计。
由于所述第二框贴子胶层242的形状为环状,从而使得所述盖板25与所述触控面板23采用框贴技术贴合时,可以紧密贴合。所述第一框贴子胶层241的形状优选为环状。所述第一框贴子胶层241与所述第二框贴子胶层242的形状一致是为了在真空框贴贴合时,所述盖板25与所述触控面板23能紧密地贴合在一起,同时避免所述第二框贴子胶层242在贴附过程中出现贴歪或脱落的现象。
进一步的实施例中,步骤51)进一步包括:将胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板送进一起真空装置;在密封环境下,利用一真空泵将所述真空装置抽真空;以及利用所述真空装置内的一加热模块对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化。在真空环境下,所述条状胶块被加热至60℃~80℃就会熔化,所述条状胶块在加热和加压的双重作用下会熔化流平,与所述第一框贴子胶层241混合在一起,使得所述触控面板23的边缘处与所述盖板25的边缘处紧密贴合。本实施例中,所述条状胶块被熔化后形成一个矩形环,矩形环中部为被所述第一框贴子胶层241及熔化流平后的所述第二框贴子胶层242包围的真空区域,使得所述触控面板23与所述盖板25之间的中部在大气压的作用下紧密贴合,有效保证触控操作的灵敏度。
本申请所述制作方法制备的触控显示装置,在面板贴合过程中,显示面板与触控面板通过液态光学胶采用全贴技术贴合,盖板再通过固态光学胶采用框贴技术与触控面板贴合并形成真空腔,所形成的触控显示装置中盖板、触控面板以及显示面板之间紧密贴合,触控区域的表面平整性较好,触控操作的灵敏度较高,触控体验较好,且有效节省了光学胶材料,降低了生产成本,避免了贴合黄化、涨缩不同的弯折、可视区褶皱等问题,提高了产品良率。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本申请的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种触控显示装置的制作方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    提供一显示面板;
    将一全贴胶层覆盖于所述显示面板的上表面,并且其中,所述全贴胶层为液态光学胶;
    将一触控面板放置于所述显示面板的上表面,使得所述触控面板与所述显示面板中部相对设置,所述触控面板的下表面贴附至所述全贴胶层的上表面;
    将一第一框贴子胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处,并且其中,所述第一框贴子胶层为液态胶;
    将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面,并且其中,所述条状胶块的宽度小于所述第一框贴子胶层的宽度;
    将一盖板放置于所述触控面板的上表面,使得所述盖板与所述触控面板中部相对设置,所述条状胶块的上表面贴附至所述盖板的下表面;
    在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化;以及
    在真空环境下,采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层被固化,同时使得熔化后的所述条状胶块被固化成一第二框贴子胶层,并在所述第一框贴子胶层、所述第二框贴子胶层中部形成一真空腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其中,所述触控面板与所述显示面板通过所述液态光学胶采用全贴技术贴合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其中,所述的将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面的步骤进一步包括:
    将所述固态光学胶裁切为四条条状胶块;
    将四条所述条状胶块首尾衔接围成环状;以及
    将环状的所述条状胶块贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其中,所述的在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化的步骤进一步包括:
    将胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板送进一真空装置;
    在密封环境下,利用一真空泵将所述真空装置抽真空;以及
    利用所述真空装置内的一加热模块对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其中,所述第二框贴子胶层的宽度小于或等于所述第一框贴子胶层的宽度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其中,所述触控面板的形状与所述显示面板的形状相同;所述触控面板的尺寸与所述显示面板的尺寸相同。
  7. 一种触控显示装置,其中,包括:
    一显示面板;
    一全贴胶层,覆盖所述显示面板的上表面;
    一触控面板,贴附于所述全贴胶层的上表面,其中,所述触控面板与所述显示面板中部相对设置;
    一框贴胶层,贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处;
    一真空腔,形成于所述框贴胶层的中部;以及
    一盖板,贴附于所述框贴胶层的上表面,且所述盖板与所述触控面板中部相对设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的触控显示装置,其中,
    所述全贴胶层为液态光学胶,所述触控面板与所述显示面板通过所述液态光学胶采用全贴技术贴合;
    所述框贴胶层为固态光学胶,所述盖板与所述触控面板通过所述固态光学胶采用框贴技术贴合。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述框贴胶层包括:
    一第一框贴子胶层,贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处;以及
    一第二框贴子胶层,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面;
    其中,所述真空腔形成于所述第一框贴子胶层及所述第二框贴子胶层的中部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的触控显示装置,其中,
    所述第一框贴子胶层为液态胶或者固态胶;
    所述第二框贴子胶层为固态光学胶,且所述第二框贴子胶层的宽度小于或等于所述第一框贴子胶层的宽度。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述第二框贴子胶层的形状为环状。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述触控面板的形状与所述显示面板的形状相同;所述触控面板的尺寸与所述显示面板的尺寸相同。
  13. 一种触控显示装置的制作方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    提供一显示面板;
    将一全贴胶层覆盖于所述显示面板的上表面;
    将一触控面板放置于所述显示面板的上表面,使得所述触控面板与所述显示面板中部相对设置,所述触控面板的下表面贴附至所述全贴胶层的上表面;
    将一框贴胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处;
    将一盖板放置于所述触控面板的上表面,使得所述盖板与所述触控面板中部相对设置,所述框贴胶层的上表面贴附至所述盖板的下表面;以及
    在真空环境下,采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层以及所述框贴胶层被固化,并在所述框贴胶层中部形成一真空腔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的制作方法,其中,
    所述全贴胶层为液态光学胶,所述触控面板与所述显示面板通过所述液态光学胶采用全贴技术贴合;
    所述框贴胶层为固态光学胶,所述盖板与所述触控面板通过所述固态光学胶采用框贴技术贴合。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的制作方法,其中,
    所述的将一框贴胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处的步骤进一步包括:将一第一框贴子胶层贴附于所述触控面板的上表面的边缘处;以及将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面;
    所述的在真空环境下,采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层以及所述框贴胶层被固化,并在所述框贴胶层中部形成一真空腔的步骤进一步包括:在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化;以及采用紫外线照射胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板,使得所述全贴胶层被固化,同时使得熔化后的所述条状胶块被固化成一第二框贴子胶层,并在所述第一框贴子胶层、所述第二框贴子胶层中部形成所述真空腔。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的制作方法,其中,所述的将一固态光学胶裁切为条状胶块,贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面的步骤进一步包括:
    将所述固态光学胶裁切为四条条状胶块;
    将四条所述条状胶块首尾衔接围成环状;以及
    将环状的所述条状胶块贴附于所述第一框贴子胶层的上表面。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的制作方法,其中,所述的在真空环境下,对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化的步骤进一步包括:
    将胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板送进一真空装置;
    在密封环境下,利用一真空泵将所述真空装置抽真空;以及
    利用所述真空装置内的一加热模块对胶层贴附后的所述盖板、所述触控面板及所述显示面板进行加热处理,使得所述条状胶块熔化。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的制作方法,其中,所述第一框贴子胶层为液态胶或者固态胶;所述第二框贴子胶层的宽度小于或等于所述第一框贴子胶层的宽度。
