Abstract
Description
次に、ステンレス鋼(SUS304)からなる四角形の板、幅40mm×長さ100mm、厚さ0.5mmのものを3枚準備した。3枚の内1枚に、公知のプラズマスパッタリング法にて、酸化チタン皮膜を概ね35nm形成したものを実施例6とする。さらに3枚の内1枚に公知のプラズマスパッタリング法にて、Al2O3皮膜を概ね35nm形成したものを実施例7とする。残りの無処理のステンレス鋼板を比較例3とした。具体的には、ステンレス鋼(SUS304)基材とTiO2、または、Al2O3ターゲットを互いに対向するようにSRDS−7000T型汎用小型成膜装置(サンユー電子製)の反応容器中に設けられているターンテーブルに設置し、反応容器を1×10-4Paまで真空排気した。続いて基材の逆スパッタリングを行い、流量がそれぞれ100sccmのArガスとO2ガスとの混合ガスをスパッタリングガスとして用い、Arガス及びO2混合ガスのガス圧10Pa、RF出力400W、TS距離100mm、OFS55mm、試料台回転数10rpmの条件でスパッタリングを行い、それぞれの実施例の基材にTiO2(実施例6)Al2O3(実施例7)薄膜層を形成した。

Claims (13)
- 繊維糸によって形成されたメッシュと、
少なくとも前記メッシュの一方の面に形成された絶縁性を有する絶縁膜と、
前記メッシュにおける前記繊維糸の交点を含む部分に形成されたメッキ膜と、
を備えるメッシュ構造体。 - 前記絶縁膜は、前記一方の面の被覆率又は皮膜体積が前記メッシュの他方の面の被覆率又は皮膜体積より大きい状態で当該メッシュの両面に形成されてなる請求項1に記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記メッキ膜は、少なくとも前記メッシュの他方の面に形成されてなる請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記メッキ膜は、前記一方の面の被覆率又は皮膜体積が前記他方の面の被覆率又は皮膜体積より小さい状態で前記メッシュの両面に形成されてなる請求項3記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記メッキ膜は、前記絶縁膜が形成された前記メッシュに対してメッキ処理を施すことにより形成されてなる請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記絶縁膜が除去されてなる請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記絶縁膜は、前記メッキ膜上に形成されてなる請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記絶縁膜は、金属酸化物膜、又は、非晶質炭素膜である請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 前記絶縁膜は、ドライプロセスによって形成されてなる請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体。
- 請求項1記載のメッシュ構造体を備え、前記メッシュの前記一方の面を印刷物への転写面として配置して構成される印刷用孔版。
- 繊維糸によって形成されたメッシュを準備する工程(a1)と、
少なくとも前記メッシュの一方の面に絶縁性を有する絶縁膜を形成する工程(b1)と、
前記メッシュにおける前記繊維糸の交点を含む部分にメッキ膜を形成する工程(c1)と、
を備えるメッシュ構造体の製造方法。 - 前記工程(c1)によって形成されたメッシュ構造体から前記絶縁膜を除去する工程(d1)を備える請求項11記載のメッシュ構造体の製造方法。
- 繊維糸によって形成されたメッシュを準備する工程(a2)と、
前記メッシュにおける前記繊維糸の交点を含む部分にメッキ膜を形成する工程(b2)と、
少なくとも前記メッシュの一方の面に絶縁性を有する絶縁膜を形成する工程(c2)と、前記工程(c2)によって形成されたメッシュ構造体から前記メッシュの他方の面のメッキ膜を除去する工程(d2)と、
を備えるメッシュ構造体の製造方法。
