Abstract
Description
まず、本実施形態に係るエンジンシステム101について説明する。図1は、エンジンシステム101のブロック図である。図1のうち太い実線は掃気ガスの流れを示しており、太い破線は排気ガスの流れを示している。本実施形態に係るエンジンシステム101は、船舶100に搭載された船舶用のエンジンシステム101である。図1に示すように、エンジンシステム101は、ディーゼルエンジン10と、過給機20と、排気ガス再循環ユニット30と、を備えている。
次に、本実施形態の排気ガス再循環ユニット30についてより詳しく説明する。上述したように、排気ガス再循環ユニット30は、ディーゼルエンジン10に排気ガスを戻すユニットである。図1に示すように、排気ガス再循環ユニット30は、洗浄集じん装置(スクラバー)31と、廃水処理装置32と、EGRブロワ33と、を有している。
次に、本実施形態に係る洗浄集じん装置31についてさらに詳しく説明する。ここで、図2は、洗浄集じん装置31の系統図である。図2に示すように、洗浄集じん装置31は、排気ガス流入通路41と、噴射部42と、上段室43と、下段室44と、連通管45と、排気ガス流出通路46と、制御装置47と、を備えている。以下、これらの各構成要素について順に説明する。

Claims (7)
- ディーゼルエンジンの排気ガスに含まれるSOx及びばいじんを除去する洗浄集じん装置であって、
高温の排気ガスを導入する排気ガス流入通路と、
前記排気ガス流入通路が導入する排気ガスに洗浄水を噴射する噴射部と、
前記噴射部から噴射された洗浄水を底面で受ける上段室と、
前記上段室の下方に位置する下段室と、
前記前記上段室の底面で受けた洗浄水を前記下段室へ排水するとともに、前記上段室内の排気を前記下段室に導く連通管と、
前記下段室に導かれた排気ガスを吸引して排出する排気ガス流出通路と、
を備えた洗浄集じん装置。 - 前記連通管は、前記上段室の底面から下方に伸びており、下方部分に設けられた開口部が前記下段室内で開口している、請求項1に記載の洗浄集じん装置。
- 前記連通管を複数備え、
前記各連通管の開口部は、前記下段室の中央付近を中心とする仮想円の概接線方向に開口するように形成されている、請求項2に記載の洗浄集じん装置。 - 前記排気ガス流出通路は前記下段室の上方部分中央から前記下段室の排気ガスを吸引するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の洗浄集じん装置。
- 前記洗浄集じん装置の排気ガス流量が低下すると、前記噴射部から噴射する洗浄水の量を増加するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の洗浄集じん装置。
- ディーゼルエンジンと、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一の項に記載の洗浄集じん装置と、を備えたエンジンシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のエンジンシステムを備えた船舶。
