Description
実施の形態におけるフィルムコンデンサのコンデンサ素子9の実施例1のサンプルを作成した。

更に、印加電圧Vを、膜厚あたりの電圧(V/d1)に置き換え、誘電体フィルム12、13の誘電率εと印加電圧Vを一定と考えると、小電極部14に印加されるエネルギーは、小電極部14の面積S1を誘電体フィルム12、13の膜厚d1の三乗で除した値、すなわち上記A値に比例する。
実施例2では、誘電体フィルム12、13の電極層10、電極層11を形成する面12A、13Aの表面粗度Raがそれぞれ15nm、20nm、45nm、100nm、150nmのサンプルを用い、保安性を比較した。

- 第1の電極層と、
第2の電極層と、
前記第1の電極層と前記第2の電極層との間に配置された誘電体フィルムと、
を備え、
前記誘電体フィルムは、シンジオタクチック構造のスチレン系重合体を主に含有し、
前記第1の電極層は、複数の第1の小電極部と、前記複数の第1の小電極部を連結する第1のヒューズとを有し、
前記複数の第1の小電極部のそれぞれの面積を前記誘電体フィルムの膜厚の三乗で除した値が0.4×1013/m以上かつ5.0×1013/m以下とした、フィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記誘電体フィルムは、第1の面と、前記第1の面の反対側の第2の面とを有し、
前記第1の面は前記第2の面よりも表面粗度が大きく、
前記第1の電極層は、前記誘電体フィルムの前記第1の面に設けられている、請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記第2の電極層は、複数の第2の小電極部と、前記複数の第2の小電極部を連結する第2のヒューズとを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記複数の第2の小電極部のそれぞれの面積を前記誘電体フィルムの前記膜厚の三乗で除した値が0.4×1013/m以上かつ5.0×1013/m以下とした、請求項3に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
