Abstract
Description
本発明の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムにおいて、帯電防止層は、導電性ポリマーとアクリル系エマルジョンとの混合物を造膜させることにより形成される。
また、本発明の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムにおいて、前記ウレタン系粘着剤はポリオールを含み、前記再剥離性粘着層は、好ましくは、ポリオール100重量部に対しイソシアネート系硬化剤を5〜18重量部含む。
本発明の剥離性保護粘着フィルムの製造方法は、再剥離性粘着層を形成する際に、帯電防止層のアクリル系樹脂とイソシアネート系硬化剤とを反応させるステップを含む。
なお、帯電防止層は、透明樹脂フィルムの一方の面だけでなく、両面に備えてもいい。帯電防止層を両面に設ける場合には、両者は同じ組成でもよいし、異なっていてもよい。但し、上に再剥離性粘着層が設けられる帯電防止層については、以下説明する帯電防止層の構成とする。
帯電防止層は、例えば、導電性ポリマーとアクリル系エマルジョンとの混合物を造膜することにより形成することができ、これにより、帯電防止層中に性質の異なるアクリル系樹脂と導電性ポリマーとを共存させることができる。
ウレタン系粘着剤は、イソシアネート系硬化剤と反応してウレタン結合を作る化合物、例えば、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリカーボネートポリオール、ポリカプロラクトンポリオール等のポリオールを含む。
[実施例1]
透明樹脂フィルムとして厚み50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(エンブレットS50:ユニチカ社)の一方の面に、下記処方の帯電防止層用塗布液をバーコーター法により塗布し、100℃で1分乾燥し、厚み2μmの帯電防止層を形成した。次いで、当該帯電防止層上に下記処方の再剥離性粘着層用塗布液をバーコーター法により塗布し、60℃で72時間乾燥し、厚み10μmの再剥離性粘着層を形成し、帯電防止層及び再剥離性粘着層を乾燥させた。次いで、当該再剥離性粘着層上にセパレータ(厚み25μm、ポリエチレンナフタレートフィルム、MRF:三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム社)の離型処理面を貼り合わせ、実施例1の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムを作製した。

実施例1のイソシアネート系硬化剤の添加量を3重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。
実施例1のイソシアネート系硬化剤の添加量を1重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例3の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。
実施例1の再剥離性粘着層用塗布液からイソシアネート系硬化剤を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例1の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。
実施例1の帯電防止層用塗布液の導電性ポリマーとアクリル系エマルジョンとの混合物を、導電性ポリマーのみからなるもの(SEPLEGYDA SAS-PE-S03:信越ポリマー社)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例2の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。
比較例1の帯電防止層用塗布液の導電性ポリマーとアクリル系エマルジョンとの混合物を、導電性ポリマーのみからなるもの(SEPLEGYDA SAS-PE-S03:信越ポリマー社)に変更した以外は、比較例1と同様にして、比較例3の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。
比較例1の再剥離性粘着層用塗布液を下記処方の再剥離性粘着層用塗布液に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例4の再剥離性粘着フィルムを作製した。

実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜4の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムからそれぞれセパレータを剥離して再剥離性粘着層を露出させ、被着体としてA.ステンレス板(JIS G4305に規定するSUS304鋼板)、B.ガラス板、C.アクリル板に当該再剥離性保護粘着フィルムをその自重により密着させた。次いで、密着した当該再剥離性保護粘着フィルムの表面について目視にて観察したところ、密着させて5秒未満に混入していた気泡が当該再剥離性保護粘着フィルムの端部から抜けていったものを「◎」、密着させて5秒以上10秒未満で気泡が当該再剥離性保護粘着フィルムの端部から抜けていったものを「○」、密着させて10秒経過時に気泡が当該再剥離性保護粘着フィルムの表面積40cm2当たり2割未満の割合で目視確認できるものを「△」、2割以上の割合で目視確認できるものを「×」とした。測定結果を表1に示す。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜4の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムからそれぞれセパレータを剥離して再剥離性粘着層を露出させ、当該再剥離性粘着層の表面を指で擦り、再剥離性粘着層と帯電防止層との初期密着性を確認した。再剥離性粘着層が帯電防止層から剥離してしまったものを「−」とした。
Claims (7)
- 透明樹脂フィルムの一方の面に帯電防止層を有し、前記帯電防止層上にさらに再剥離性粘着層を有する再剥離性保護粘着フィルムであって、
前記帯電防止層が、導電性ポリマー及びアクリル系樹脂を含み、
前記再剥離性粘着層が、イソシアネート系硬化剤及びウレタン系粘着剤を含むことを特徴とする再剥離性保護粘着フィルム。 - 請求項1記載の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムであって、
前記帯電防止層は、導電性ポリマー及びアクリル系エマルジョンの混合物を造膜させてなることを特徴とする再剥離性保護粘着フィルム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムであって、
前記帯電防止層は、アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して導電性ポリマーを12.5〜250重量部含むことを特徴とする再剥離性保護粘着フィルム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムであって、
前記ウレタン系粘着剤はポリオールを含み、前記再剥離性粘着層は、ポリオール100重量部に対し前記イソシアネート系硬化剤を5〜18重量部含むことを特徴とする再剥離性保護粘着フィルム。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムであって、
前記透明樹脂フィルムの他方の面に、帯電防止層を備えることを特徴とする再剥離性保護粘着フィルム。 - 透明樹脂フィルム上に帯電防止層及び再剥離性粘着層を備えた再剥離性保護粘着フィルムを製造する方法であって、
前記透明樹脂フィルムの一方の面に、導電性ポリマー及びアクリル系エマルジョンの混合物を塗布し、乾燥することにより導電性ポリマーとアクリル系樹脂を含む帯電防止層を形成し、
ウレタン系粘着剤にイソシアネート系硬化剤を加えた再剥離性粘着層用塗料を、前記帯電防止層の上に塗布し、再剥離性粘着層を形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6に記載の再剥離性保護粘着フィルムを製造する方法であって、
前記再剥離性粘着層を形成する際に、前記帯電防止層のアクリル系樹脂と前記イソシアネート系硬化剤とを反応させることを特徴とする方法。
