Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る配線導体の接続構造の要部を示す概略斜視図であり、図2は、この配線導体の接続構造の分解斜視図である。図3は、この配線導体の接続構造の上面図と、そのA−A断面図である。また、図4は、配線端子の接合面部の部分図である。
図6は、実施の形態2に係る配線導体の接続構造の要部を示す概略斜視図である。図7は、この配線導体の接続構造の上面図と、そのB−B断面図である。実施の形態1の配線導体の接続構造との違いは、一方が筐体あるいは配線板の配線導体に形成された配線端子であり、他方が可とう配線が接続された外部配線端子の配線端子であり、これらの配線端子同志を接続するのに対して、実施の形態2では、2つの配線板の配線導体に形成された配線端子同志を接続する点である。

Claims (6)
- 複数の配線導体の配線端子の接合面同志を締結部材にて電気的に接続する配線導体の接続構造であって、
前記少なくとも一方の配線端子の接合面縁部に鉤状突起が設けられ、前記鉤状突起により前記他方の配線端子または前記締結部材を押え、拘束することを特徴とする配線導体の接続構造。 - 前記少なくとも一方の配線導体は、電気機器の筐体に一体成型されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線導体の接続構造。
- 前記少なくとも一方の配線導体は、配線板に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線導体の接続構造。
- 前記締結部材がボルトとナットであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の配線導体の接続構造。
- 前記鉤状突起は、前記配線端子の接合面縁部からの折り曲げにより形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の配線導体の接続構造。
- 前記鉤状突起が形成された根元部の前記配線端子の接合面縁部に切り欠き部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の配線導体の接続構造。
