Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示すように、第1実施形態のステント10は、径方向に拡張収縮し得る外側環状体11と、外側環状体11の内側に配置され径方向に拡張収縮し得る内側環状体12と、外側環状体11及び内側環状体12を接続する接続部13と、を有する。また、図3に示すように、ステント10は、外側環状体11の表面に形成された生物学的生理活性物質放出層16を有する。
図7及び図8に示すように、第2実施形態のステント20は、径方向に拡張収縮し得る外側環状体21と、外側環状体21の内側に配置され径方向に拡張収縮し得る内側環状体22と、外側環状体21及び内側環状体22を接続する接続部23と、を有する。また、ステント20は、外側環状体21の表面に形成された生物学的生理活性物質放出層(不図示)を有するが、これについては第1実施形態と同様であるため、重複する説明を省略する。
図12及び図13において概説すると、第3実施形態のステント40は、第1実施形態の構成に加え、内側環状体12の外面に配置された水膨潤性を有する膨潤層41と、内側環状体12の内面に配置された水膨潤性を有する表面潤滑層42と、を有する。膨潤層41及び表面潤滑層42以外の構成については、ステント40は、ステント10と略同様であるため重複する説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 環状断面を有し、当該環状断面の径方向と交差する方向に貫通した外側貫通孔が形成されるとともに前記径方向に拡張収縮し得る外側環状体と、
前記外側貫通孔の内側に配置され、前記外側貫通孔の少なくとも開口部において前記外側環状体とともに2重の環状断面を形成する、当該環状断面の径方向と交差する方向に貫通した内側貫通孔が形成された内側環状体と、を有し、
前記外側環状体は、生体内に留置された際、径方向に拡張して前記内側環状体のうちの少なくとも前記内側貫通孔の開口部を生体から離隔させた状態で生体を支持し得る、ステント。 - 前記内側環状体は、前記外側貫通孔の開口部から突出している、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記外側環状体が径方向で前記外側貫通孔の内側と外側とを連通させる連通孔を有するとともに、前記内側環状体の外面に水膨潤性を有する膨潤層が配置された、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記内側環状体の内面に配置された水膨潤性を有する表面潤滑層を備える、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか1つに記載のステント。
- 生物学的生理活性物質、生分解性高分子、及び可塑剤を含む、前記外側環状体及び前記内側環状体のうちの少なくとも一方に形成された生物学的生理活性物質放出層を有する、請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか1つに記載のステント。
- 前記外側環状体及び前記内側環状体は生分解性高分子からなる、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか1つに記載のステント。
- 前記外側環状体の外表面に形成された突部を有する、請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれか1つに記載のステント。
