前処理ユニット4から原水ラインRL3が導出され、その下流端に、ラインを流れる水を分流する分岐点BP1が設けられている。原水ラインRL3には、半透膜ユニットにおいて必要とされる圧力を原水に付与するための昇圧ポンプ5が設けられている。

Claims (15)
- 溶質を含有する原水から淡水を製造するための淡水製造装置であり、該淡水製造装置は、第1の半透膜ユニットと第2の半透膜ユニットを含み、前記第1の半透膜ユニットに、前記原水を供給する第1の原水供給ラインが接続され、前記第2の半透膜ユニットに、前記原水を供給する第2の原水供給ラインが接続され、かつ、前記第1の半透膜ユニットと前記第2の半透膜ユニットが、前記第1の半透膜ユニットの濃縮水を前記第2の半透膜ユニットに供給する濃縮水ラインにより接続されている淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の原水供給ラインと前記第2の原水供給ラインに供給される前記原水が、互いに異なる組成からなる少なくとも2種類の原水が混合された原水からなる請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第2の半透膜ユニットに接続されている前記第2の原水供給ラインと前記第1の半透膜ユニットから導出されている前記濃縮水ラインとの合流点と、前記第2の半透膜ユニットとの間の位置において、前記第2の原水供給ラインに昇圧ポンプもしくは無動力昇圧ユニットが設けられている請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の半透膜ユニットおよび前記第2の半透膜ユニットのそれぞれと並列運転可能な共通補助半透膜ユニットが装備されている請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の半透膜ユニットと並列運転可能な補助半透膜ユニットが装備され、および/または、前記第2の半透膜ユニットと並列運転可能な補助半透膜ユニットが装備されている請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第2の半透膜ユニットと並列運転可能な補助半透膜ユニットに、前記第1の半透膜ユニットおよび前記第2の半透膜ユニットに供給される原水とは異なる原水が供給される請求項5に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第2の半透膜ユニットの透過水の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の半透膜ユニットの原水に混合される請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の半透膜ユニットの透水性能が、前記第2の半透膜ユニットの透水性能よりも高い請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の半透膜ユニットの耐圧性が、前記第2の半透膜ユニットの耐圧性よりも低い請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 前記第1の半透膜ユニットの耐腐食性が、前記第2の半透膜ユニットの耐腐食性よりも低い請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の淡水製造装置の運転方法であって、前記第1の半透膜ユニットへの原水の供給圧力、および/または、前記第1の半透膜ユニットの透過水の溶質濃度が設定値を超えないように、前記第1の半透膜ユニットに接続されている前記第1の原水供給ラインにおける原水の流量と前記第2の半透膜ユニットに接続されている前記第2の原水供給ラインにおける原水の流量を制御してなる淡水製造装置の運転方法。
- 請求項4に記載の淡水製造装置の運転方法であって、前記第1の半透膜ユニットに接続されている前記第1の原水供給ラインにおける供給水の流量と前記第2の半透膜ユニットに接続されている前記第2の原水供給ラインにおける供給水の流量に応じて、前記共通補助半透膜ユニットの使用の要否やそれへの供給水の供給量を制御してなる淡水製造装置の運転方法。
- 請求項5に記載の淡水製造装置の運転方法であって、前記第1の半透膜ユニットおよび前記第2の半透膜ユニットへの供給水の供給圧力が設定値を超えないように、前記並列運転可能な補助半透膜ユニットの使用の要否やそれらへの供給水の供給量を制御してなる淡水製造装置の運転方法。
- 前記第2の半透膜ユニットの透過水の少なくとも一部を前記第1の半透膜ユニットの供給水に混合させるラインを有し、処理水質が設定値を超えないように前記第2の半透膜ユニットの透過水の少なくとも一部を前記第1の半透膜ユニットの供給水に混合させてなる請求項11乃至13のいずれかに記載の淡水製造装置の運転方法。
- 少なくとも前記第1の半透膜ユニットおよび前記第2の半透膜ユニットの濃縮水、もしくは、並列に設けられた前記補助半透膜ユニットの濃縮水のいずれかを、他のいずれかの半透膜ユニットの供給水に混合してなる請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の淡水製造装置。
