Claims (6)
- 直流電力を出力するバッテリと、
前記バッテリからの直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータと、
前記インバータにより変換された交流電力により駆動される交流電動モータと、
前記交流電動モータにより駆動される被駆動装置と、
前記被駆動装置の駆動制御を行うために操作される操作手段と、
前記交流電動モータに供給される交流電力の大きさを調整する電力制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする交流電動機駆動制御装置。 - 前記被駆動装置が、前記交流電動モータにより駆動されて作動油を吐出する油圧ポンプおよび前記油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油により駆動される油圧アクチュエータから構成され、
前記油圧アクチュエータの作動油圧を検出する油圧検出手段を備え、
前記電力制御手段は、前記油圧検出手段により検出された作動油圧に基づいて、前記交流電動モータに供給される交流電力の大きさを調整する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流電動機駆動制御装置。 - 前記交流電動モータに供給された交流電流の大きさを検出し、前記検出した交流電流の大きさを所定時間毎に積算する電流積算手段を備え、
前記電力制御手段は、前記電流積算手段により積算された値に基づいて、前記交流電動モータに供給される交流電力の大きさを調整する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の交流電動機駆動制御装置。 - 前記被駆動装置が、走行装置上に旋回台を設けて構成される走行旋回車両から構成され、前記交流電動モータにより前記走行装置に対して前記旋回台を旋回駆動するように構成されており、
前記操作手段が前記旋回台を旋回駆動するために操作される旋回操作レバーから構成され、前記旋回操作レバーの中立位置からの操作方向および操作量を検出する旋回操作検出手段を備え、
前記電力制御手段は、前記旋回操作レバーの旋回駆動操作に応じて前記交流電動モータに交流電力を供給させて電動機駆動特性で駆動して前記旋回台を旋回駆動させ、前記旋回レバーの操作を戻す旋回制動操作に応じて前記旋回台の旋回慣性力により前記交流電動モータを発電機特性で駆動させて得られる回生電力を前記バッテリに供給して充電するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の交流電動機駆動制御装置。 - 前記操作レバーが旋回操作位置から中立位置に戻されたことが前記操作検出手段により検出されたときに、前記制御装置は、前記交流電動モータに対する回生電流の制限値を第1制限値に設定して前記旋回台を低吸収トルクで緩やかに減速させ、
前記操作レバーが旋回操作位置から中立位置を越えて反対方向に操作されたことが前記操作検出手段により検出されたときには、前記制御装置は、前記交流電動モータに対する回生電流の制限値を前記第1制限値よりも高い第2制限値に設定して前記旋回台を高吸収トルクで速やかに減速させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の交流電動機駆動制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記旋回操作位置における前記操作レバーの中立位置からの操作量に応じて前記第1制限値及び前記第2制限値を可変設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交流電動機駆動制御装置。
