Abstract
Description
本発明の再生水製造システム10は、オゾンを発生するオゾン発生器3を有するオゾン処理部11と、オゾン処理の前に、又は後に、原水に凝集剤を注入する凝集剤注入部12と、オゾン処理部11及び凝集剤注入部12の下流に、原水の分離膜8による膜ろ過を行う膜ろ過部13と、を備える。オゾン処理部11は、通常モード時にオゾンを原水に投入して原水をオゾン処理し、間欠的に洗浄モードとし、その洗浄モード時に通常モード時よりも多い洗浄用オゾンを原水に投入して溶存オゾン濃度を間欠的に高める。
図3に、本発明の実施形態2の再生水製造システム10を、図4に実施形態3の再生水製造システム10を示す。
オゾン接触塔2、凝集槽4、膜ろ過部13の順に原水を流通させて処理する再生水製造システム10にて、表2に示すように、溶存オゾン濃度を1時間変化させて膜差圧の改善率を調べた。比較例1のように、溶存オゾン濃度が0.75mgO3/Lの場合、膜差圧は改善しなかった。一方、溶存オゾン濃度が、実施例1のように1.0mgO3/Lの場合は、膜差圧改善率は、1.5kPa/hr、実施例2のように2.0mgO3/Lの場合は、膜差圧改善率は、2.5kPa/hrであった。
表3の比較例2のように、溶存オゾン濃度を0.75mgO3/Lと一定にすると、分離膜8は、90日ごとに薬洗する必要があった。一方、実施例3のように、溶存イオン濃度を1日に1時間1.0mgO3/Lに増加すると、薬洗間隔を120日とすることができた。また、実施例4のように、溶存イオン濃度を2日に1時間2.0mgO3/Lに増加しても、薬洗間隔を120日とすることができた。
Claims (8)
- 通常モード時に、オゾン発生器にて発生させたオゾンを原水に投入して原水をオゾン処理し、
前記オゾン処理の前に、又は後に、前記原水に凝集剤を注入し、
前記オゾン処理及び前記凝集剤の注入の後に、前記原水の分離膜による膜ろ過を行う工程を含み、
間欠的に洗浄モードとし、その洗浄モード時に、前記通常モード時よりも多い洗浄用オゾンを前記原水に投入して溶存オゾン濃度を間欠的に高めることにより、前記ろ過膜の洗浄を行う再生水製造方法。 - 前記分離膜の上流側と下流側の圧力差の膜差圧を測定し、その膜差圧の上昇速度が所定の値を超えた場合に、前記洗浄用オゾンを前記原水に投入して前記溶存オゾン濃度を間欠的に高める請求項1に記載の再生水製造方法。
- 前記原水の濁度を測定し、その濁度が所定の値を超える場合には前記洗浄モードとしない請求項2に記載の再生水製造方法。
- 前記通常モード時の投入オゾン量またはオゾン消費量を測定し、前記投入オゾン量またはオゾン消費量が、所定の値を超える場合には前記洗浄モードとしない請求項2または3に記載の再生水製造方法。
- オゾンを発生するオゾン発生器を有し、通常モード時に前記オゾンを原水に投入して原水をオゾン処理し、間欠的に洗浄モードとし、その洗浄モード時に前記通常モード時よりも多い洗浄用オゾンを前記原水に投入して溶存オゾン濃度を間欠的に高めるオゾン処理部と、
前記オゾン処理の前に、又は後に、前記原水に凝集剤を注入する凝集剤注入部と、
前記オゾン処理部及び前記凝集剤注入部の下流に、前記原水の分離膜による膜ろ過を行う膜ろ過部と、
を備える再生水製造システム。 - 前記分離膜の上流側と下流側の圧力差の膜差圧を測定する膜差圧測定手段を備え、前記膜差圧測定手段による膜差圧の上昇速度が所定の値を超えた場合に前記洗浄モードとし、前記洗浄用オゾンを前記原水に投入して溶存オゾン濃度を間欠的に高める請求項5に記載の再生水製造システム。
- 前記原水の濁度を測定する濁度測定手段を備え、前記濁度測定手段による前記濁度が所定の値を超える場合には前記洗浄モードとしない請求項6に記載の再生水製造システム。
- 前記通常モード時の投入オゾン量またはオゾン消費量が、所定の値を超える場合には前記洗浄モードとしない請求項6または7に記載の再生水製造システム。
