Abstract
Description
無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を結線しないで配置する配置面を有する第1のスペーサと、
第1のスペーサの前記配置面とは反対側の面に設けられる補助アンテナと、
補助アンテナを挟んで第1のスペーサとは反対側に設けられる第2のスペーサとが積層され、
前記補助アンテナには、孔または切り欠きで構成され、無線ICタグの共振周波数を調整する調整部が設けられることを特徴とする無線通信改善シート体である。
無線ICタグの通信周波数に応じて、前記無線通信改善シート体の前記調整部に対する無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体の配置位置を決定し、決定した配置位置に無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を配置することを特徴とする無線通信用ICタグの製造方法である。
これにより、外部からの不要電磁波の影響や、周辺環境からの影響を小さくし、通信改善効果をさらに向上させることができ、さらに防水性、耐衝撃性、絶縁性を付与することができる。
本発明は、無線ICタグを実装することで無線ICタグの無線通信特性を改善するとともに、複数の通信周波数に対応することが可能な無線通信改善シート体(以下では単に「シート体」という。)である。
補助アンテナを挟んで第1のスペーサとは反対側に設けられる第2のスペーサとが積層され、前記補助アンテナには、孔または切り欠きで構成され、無線ICタグの共振周波数を調整する調整部が設けられる。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態であるシート体1の平面図であり、図2は、シート体1の拡大断面図である。
図4は、シート体1に無線ICタグ20を配置した無線通信用ICタグ30の平面図である。図5は、シート体11に無線ICタグ20を配置した無線通信用ICタグ30aの平面図である。無線ICタグ20は基材が上側に配置されても下側に配置されてもよい。
以下では本発明の実施例について説明する。

Claims (14)
- 無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を配置することで無線ICタグの無線通信特性を改善する無線通信改善シート体であって、
無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を結線しないで配置する配置面を有する第1のスペーサと、
第1のスペーサの前記配置面とは反対側の面に設けられる補助アンテナと、
補助アンテナを挟んで第1のスペーサとは反対側に設けられる第2のスペーサとが積層され、
前記補助アンテナには、孔または切り欠きで構成され、無線ICタグの共振周波数を調整する調整部が設けられることを特徴とする無線通信改善シート体。 - 前記補助アンテナは、単数または複数の導体層を備え、その導体層の少なくともいずれか1つが前記無線通信に用いられる電磁波に対して共振する共振層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記補助アンテナは、平面方向または積層方向に分割された複数の導体層を備え、複数の導体層の少なくともいずれか1つが、前記無線通信に用いられる電磁波に対して共振する共振層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記第2のスペーサの補助アンテナとは反対側に裏面導体層をさらに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記第2のスペーサの補助アンテナとは反対側に裏面導体層をさらに設け、該裏面導体層が、補助アンテナが備える導体層と同じか、またはより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記調整部は、前記第1のスペーサ、前記第2のスペーサ、前記補助アンテナおよび前記裏面導体層を含んで構成され、これらの材質、形状および配置を変更することで共振周波数を調整することを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記調整部の孔または切り欠きは、前記無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体が配置されたときに、少なくとも前記無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体が備えるICチップまたはリアクタンス装荷部に対向するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記第1のスペーサおよび前記第2のスペーサの少なくともいずれか1つは、発泡体からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 外表面の一部または全部を誘電材料で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 前記配置面および前記配置面と反対側の面の少なくともいずれか1つの面は、粘着性または接着性を有することを特徴とする1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体の配置面に無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を配置して無線通信用ICタグを製造する無線通信用ICタグの製造方法であって、
無線ICタグの通信周波数に応じて、前記無線通信改善シート体の前記調整部に対する無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体の配置位置を決定し、決定した配置位置に無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を配置することを特徴とする無線通信用ICタグの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体の配置面に無線ICタグまたは無線ICタグ構成体を配置した、または無線通信改善シート体にICチップを結合したことを特徴とする無線通信用ICタグ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の無線通信改善シート体、または請求項12記載の無線通信用ICタグを組み込んだことを特徴とする情報伝達媒体。
- 請求項12記載の無線通信用ICタグ、または請求項13記載の情報伝達媒体を用いることを特徴とする無線通信システム。
