Claims (8)
- 界磁マグネットに発生する磁界とコイルに流れる電流によって、コイルが界磁マグネットに対して相対的に直線運動するための推力を得るリニアモータであって、
N極及びS極が前記直線運動する方向に交互に配列される界磁マグネットと、
前記界磁マグネットにすきまを介して対向する複数のコイル、前記複数のコイルのそれぞれに挿入される複数の櫛歯を有するコア、各コイルと各櫛歯との間に介在されるボビンを有する電機子と、を備え、
前記ボビンは、絶縁体であると共に、その熱伝導率が2W/(m・K)以上であるリニアモータ。 - 界磁マグネットに発生する磁界とコイルに流れる電流によって、コイルが界磁マグネットに対して相対的に直線運動するための推力を得るリニアモータであって、
N極及びS極が前記直線運動する方向に交互に配列される界磁マグネットと、
前記界磁マグネットにすきまを介して対向する複数のコイル、前記複数のコイルのそれぞれに挿入される複数の櫛歯を有するコア、前記複数のコイルを覆うと共に前記複数のコイルを前記コアに結合する成形体を有する電機子と、を備え、
前記成形体は、絶縁体であると共に、その熱伝導率が2W/(m・K)以上であるリニアモータ。 - 界磁マグネットに発生する磁界とコイルに流れる電流によって、コイルが界磁マグネットに対して相対的に直線運動するための推力を得るリニアモータであって、
N極及びS極が前記直線運動する方向に交互に配列される界磁マグネットと、
前記界磁マグネットの周囲を囲む複数のコイル、前記複数のコイルを覆う成形体を有する電機子と、を備え、
前記成形体は、絶縁体であると共に、その熱伝導率が2W/(m・K)以上であるリニアモータ。 - 界磁マグネットに発生する磁界とコイルに流れる電流によって、コイルが界磁マグネットに対して相対的に直線運動するための推力を得るリニアモータであって、
N極及びS極が前記直線運動する方向に交互に配列される界磁マグネットと、
前記界磁マグネットの周囲にすきまを介して設けられる複数のコイル、前記複数のコイルを保持するためのコイルホルダを有する電機子と、を備え、
前記コイルホルダは、前記直線運動する方向に前記複数のコイルにわたって伸びるホルダ本体部と、隣接するコイル間に介在される複数のスペーサ部と、を含み、
前記コイルホルダは、絶縁体であると共に、その熱伝導率が2W/(m・K)以上であるリニアモータ。 - 前記ボビン、前記コイルホルダ、又は前記成形体が、複数の異なる平均粒径を有する絶縁性の金属酸化物粒子を樹脂に混合してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記ボビン、前記コイルホルダ、又は前記成形体は、前記絶縁性の金属酸化物粒子が混合された熱可塑性樹脂を射出成形することで製造されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記成形体は、前記絶縁性の金属酸化物粒子が混合された熱硬化性樹脂を型に流し込む注型によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリニアモータ。
- 前記ボビン、前記コイルホルダ、又は前記成形体の線膨張係数が、10×10-6以上30×10-6以下に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のリニアモータ。
