Abstract
Description
流動層燃焼炉から排ガス誘引手段により取り出される燃焼ガスを分離機に導いて排ガスと粒子とに分離し、
分離した高温の粒子と原料を流動層ガス化炉に供給すると共にガス化剤を導入して流動層により原料のガス化を行い、原料のガス化により生成した生成ガスは生成ガス誘引手段により流動層ガス化炉から取り出すと共に、原料のガス化により生成したチャーと前記粒子は流動層燃焼炉に循環させるようにしている循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置であって、
流動層ガス化炉が、流動層内部の下部連通部で連通するよう区画手段により区画され、分離機からの高温の粒子と原料とが導入される第1室と、該第1室から区画手段の下部連通部を通して導入されるチャーと粒子をオーバーフローにより流動層燃焼炉に供給する第2室とを有しており、
第1室の圧力を検出する第1圧力検出器と、
第2室の圧力を検出する第2圧力検出器と、
第1室の圧力が設定圧力に保持されるよう生成ガス誘引手段を制御する第1圧力制御器と、
第1室の圧力と第2室の圧力の差が設定差圧になるよう排ガス誘引手段を制御する第2圧力制御器と
を備え、第1室の流動層の層高を調節して粒子の循環量を制御する循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置である。

Claims (8)
- 原料のガス化により生成したチャーと共に粒子を流動層燃焼炉に導入してチャーを流動燃焼させることにより粒子を加熱し、
流動層燃焼炉から排ガス誘引手段により取り出される燃焼ガスを分離機に導いて排ガスと粒子とに分離し、
分離した高温の粒子と原料を流動層ガス化炉に供給すると共にガス化剤を導入して流動層により原料のガス化を行い、原料のガス化により生成した生成ガスは生成ガス誘引手段により流動層ガス化炉から取り出すと共に、原料のガス化により生成したチャーと前記粒子は流動層燃焼炉に循環させるようにしている循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置であって、
流動層ガス化炉が、流動層内部の下部連通部で連通するよう区画手段により区画され、分離機からの高温の粒子と原料とが導入される第1室と、該第1室から区画手段の下部連通部を通して導入されるチャーと粒子をオーバーフローにより流動層燃焼炉に供給する第2室とを有しており、
第1室の圧力を検出する第1圧力検出器と、
第2室の圧力を検出する第2圧力検出器と、
第1室の圧力が設定圧力に保持されるよう生成ガス誘引手段を制御する第1圧力制御器と、
第1室の圧力と第2室の圧力の差が設定差圧になるよう排ガス誘引手段を制御する第2圧力制御器と
を備え、第1室の流動層の層高を調節して粒子の循環量を制御する循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。 - 第1室が原料のガス化室であり、ガス化室でのガス化により生成した生成ガスは生成ガス誘引手段により設定圧力で取り出されると共に、ガス化により生成したチャーと粒子は区画手段の下部連通部を通して第2室に導かれる請求項1に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 第1室が原料の前段処理室であり、第2室が前段処理された処理原料のガス化室であり、前段処理室での前段処理により生成した処理ガスは処理ガス誘引手段により設定圧力で取り出すと共に、前段処理された処理原料と粒子は区画手段の下部連通部を通してガス化室に導かれ、ガス化室でのガス化により生成した生成ガスは生成ガス誘引手段により一定取出量で取り出す請求項1に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 前記処理ガスが原料の加熱により生成する水蒸気である請求項3に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 前記処理ガスが原料の加熱により生成する熱分解ガスである請求項3に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 前記熱分解ガスを粒子の加熱用燃料として流動層燃焼炉に供給する請求項5に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 前記流動層燃焼炉には新たな粒子を供給するための粒子供給装置を備えた請求項1に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
- 前記流動層燃焼炉には粒子を取り出すための粒子取出装置を備えた請求項1に記載の循環流動層炉における粒子循環量制御装置。
