Abstract

 本発明の課題は、ガス化剤の流量を変更することなしに粒子の循環量を任意に調整して流動層ガス化炉でのガス化効率を高めることにある。  流動層ガス化炉107を、流動層105内部で連通する第1室113と第2室114で形成し、第1室113に分離機104で分離した高温の粒子102と原料Mとを導入し、第1室113から流動層105内部を通して第2室114に導入される粒子102をオーバーフローにより流動層燃焼炉100に供給するようにし、第1室113の圧力が設定圧力120に保持されるよう生成ガス誘引手段116を制御する第1圧力制御器121と、第1室113の圧力と第2室114の圧力の差が設定差圧123になるよう排ガス誘引手段118を制御する第2圧力制御器124を備えて、第1室113の流動層105の層高を調節することで粒子102の循環量を制御する。
