Abstract
Description
粒径が45μm以下の電解Cu粉末に粒径が45μm以下のアトマイズSn粉末10重量%と粒径が45μm以下のMn粉末6重量%と粒径が150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉末5重量%をV型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末を作製した。この混合粉末を金型に装填し、成形圧力2ton/cm2で圧縮成形して平板状の圧粉体を得た。この圧粉体を水素ガス雰囲気に調整した加熱炉内で760℃の温度で60分間焼結し、冷却した後、機械加工を施して一辺30mm、厚さ5mmの方形状焼結摺動部材を作製した。次いで、この焼結摺動部材に含油処理を施し、含油焼結摺動部材を作製した。
実施例1において、表2〜3に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、含油焼結摺動部材を作製した。
粒径が45μm以下の電解Cu粉末に粒径が45μm以下のアトマイズSn粉末10重量%と粒径150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉5重量%をV型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末を得た。得られた混合粉末を上記実施例1と同様にして圧縮成形、焼結および機械加工を行い、一辺30mm、厚さ5mmの方形状焼結摺動部材を作製した。次いで、この焼結摺動部材に含油処理を施し、含油焼結摺動部材を作製した。
粒径が45μm以下のCu−10重量%Snアトマイズ合金粉末と粒径が45μm以下のMn粉末2.5重量%と粒径が150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉末20重量%をV型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末(Cu:69.8重量%、Sn:7.7重量%、Mn:2.5重量%、黒鉛:20重量%)を作製した。得られた混合粉末を金型に装填し、成形圧力4ton/cm2で圧縮成形して平板状の圧粉体を得た。この圧粉体を水素ガス雰囲気に調整した加熱炉内で760℃の温度で60分間焼結し、冷却した後、機械加工を施して一辺30mm、厚さ5mmの方形状焼結摺動部材を作製した。
実施例6において、表5〜6に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例6と同様の方法により、焼結摺動部材を作製した。
粒径が45μm以下のCu−10重量%Snアトマイズ合金粉末と粒径が150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉末を黒鉛が20重量%となる様に配合し、V型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末(Cu:72.0重量%、Sn:8.0重量%、黒鉛:20重量%)を得た。この混合粉末を上記実施例6と同様にして圧縮成形、焼結および機械加工を行い、一辺30mm、厚さ5mmの方形状焼結摺動部材を作製した。
粒径が45μm以下の電解Cu粉末に粒径が45μm以下のアトマイズSn粉末10重量%と粒径が45μm以下のMn粉末2.5重量%と粒径が150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉末15重量%をV型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末を作製した。厚さ1.7mmの鋼板(冷間圧延鋼板:SPCC)の表面に上記混合粉末を散布したのち、窒素・水素混合ガス雰囲気に調整した加熱炉内で780℃の温度で20分間焼結し、該鋼板上に該混合粉末からなる焼結層を一体に形成した。ついで、該焼結層の厚さが0.3mmとなるようにロール圧延した後、加熱炉内で780℃の温度で20分間焼結し、冷却した後、機械加工を施して一辺30mm、厚さ2mmの方形状の複層からなる銅系焼結摺動部材を作製した。
実施例12において、表8に示す様に組成を変更した以外は、実施例12と同様の方法により、焼結摺動部材を作製した。
粒径が45μm以下の電解Cu粉末に粒径が45μm以下のアトマイズSn合金粉末10重量%と平均粒径が75μmのスタンプ鉛(Pb)粉末10重量%および粒径が150μm以下の天然黒鉛粉末3重量%をV型ミキサーに投入して20分間混合し、混合粉末を得た。この混合粉末を上記実施例12と同様にして焼結および機械加工を行い、一辺30mm、厚さ2mmの方形状の複層焼結摺動部材を作製した。
Claims (2)
- 錫0.5〜20重量%とマンガン0.1〜35重量%と固体潤滑材2〜25重量%と残余部の銅とから成ることを特徴とする銅系焼結摺動部材。
- 銅系合金焼結層と金属製裏金とを一体化して成る複層銅系焼結摺動部材において、前記銅系合金焼結層が錫0.5〜20重量%とマンガン0.1〜35重量%と固体潤滑材2〜25重量%と残余部の銅とから成ることを特徴とする複層銅系焼結摺動部材。
