Claims (7)
- 駆動側シーブと従動側シーブとにVベルトを巻回してなる無段変速機構が収容された変速機ケースと、クランク軸及びシリンダを有するエンジン本体とが一体的に結合され、上記クランク軸のクランク軸線に平行な軸線回りに揺動可能に支持されるユニットスイング式のパワーユニットであって、
上記クランク軸上に配置され、上記駆動側シーブの巻径を変化させる駆動部材と、
上記クランク軸上に配置され、該クランク軸を回転駆動する始動用駆動部材と、
該始動用駆動部材,上記駆動部材の両方を駆動する共用電動モータ又はそれぞれを駆動する専用電動モータとを備え、
上記クランク軸線及びシリンダ軸線に垂直な方向視で、上記駆動部材は、上記シリンダ軸線よりクランク軸方向一側に配置され、
上記始動用駆動部材は、上記シリンダ軸線よりクランク軸方向他側に配置され、
上記電動モータは、上記シリンダ軸線上に配置されていること特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 請求項1において、上記専用電動モータとして、上記駆動部材を駆動するECVTモータと、上記始動用駆動部材を駆動するスタータモータとを備え、
上記クランク軸線及びシリンダ軸線に垂直な方向視で、クランク軸線を挟んだ一側に上記ECVTモータが、他側に上記スタータモータがそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 請求項1において、上記専用電動モータとして、上記駆動部材を駆動するECVTモータと、上記始動用駆動部材を駆動するスタータモータとを備え、
クランク軸方向視で、上記クランク軸線を含み上記シリンダ軸線と垂直の仮想平面を挟んだ一側に上記ECVTモータが、他側に上記スタータモータがそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 請求項1において、上記専用電動モータとして、上記駆動部材を駆動するECVTモータと、上記始動用駆動部材を駆動するスタータモータとを備え、
クランク軸方向視で、上記クランク軸線及び該パワーユニットの揺動軸線の両方を含む仮想平面の一側に上記ECVTモータが、他側に上記スタータモータがそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 請求項1ないし4の何れかにおいて、1次慣性力による振動を抑制する1次バランサを備え、該1次バランサを駆動するためのバランサ駆動部材が、上記シリンダ軸線よりクランク軸方向他側の上記クランク軸上に配置されていることを特徴とするパワーユニット。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れかにおいて、潤滑油を被潤滑部に供給するオイルポンプを備え、該オイルポンプを駆動するためのオイルポンプ駆動部材が、上記シリンダ軸線よりクランク軸方向他側の上記クランク軸上に配置されていることを特徴とするパワーユニット。
- 車体フレームと、該車体フレームに上記クランク軸が車両左右方向に向けて搭載された請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載のパワーユニットとを備えたことを特徴とする鞍乗型車両。
