Claims (7)
- セリウム酸化物を主成分とする希土類酸化物にカルシウム酸化物が固溶している酸化物固溶体粉末。
- セリウム酸化物を主成分とする希土類酸化物にジルコニウム酸化物が固溶している請求項1に記載の酸化物固溶体粉末。
- セリウム酸化物を主成分とする希土類酸化物であって、ランタン酸化物および/またはプラセオジム酸化物が固溶している請求項1または請求項2に記載の酸化物固溶体粉末。
- 酸化物固溶体の総酸化物換算質量に占める酸化セリウム質量の割合が50質量%以上である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の酸化物固溶体粉末。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の固溶体粉末を含むセリウム系研摩材。
- 請求項5に記載のセリウム系研摩材を用いることを特徴とするガラス基板の研摩方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の固溶体粉末を含む触媒。
