Abstract
Description
本発明の第1−第3アスペクトは、耐酸性が高く、耐酸性が求められる用途においても十分に適用可能なITO膜を備える透明導電性基板と、この透明導電性基板を備える色素増感型太陽電池用電極及び色素増感型太陽電池を提供することを目的とする。
実施例1において、ITOターゲットとしてSnO2含有割合10重量%のものを用いたこと以外は同様にして透明導電性フィルムを得、同様に耐酸性の評価を行って、結果を表1に示した。
実施例2において、酸化チタン薄膜を成膜しなかったこと以外は同様にして透明導電性フィルムを得、同様に耐酸性の評価を行って、結果を表2に示した。
Claims (27)
- 透明基材と該透明基材上に形成されたITO膜とを備える透明導電性基板において、該1TO膜の酸化スズの含有割合が30重量%以上であることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項1において、該透明基材として高分子フィルムを用いた透明導電性フィルムであることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項1において、該ITO膜がスパッタリングにより成膜されたことを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項1において、色素増感型太陽電池の電極用透明導電性基板であることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項1に記載の透明導電性基板と、該透明導電性基板のITO膜上に形成された色素吸着半導体膜とを有することを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 色素増感型半導体電極と、この色素増感型半導体電極に対面して設けられた対向電極と、該色素増感型半導体電極と対向電極との間に配置された電解質とを有する色素増感型太陽電池において、該色素増感型半導体電極が請求項5に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用電極であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
- 透明基材と該透明基材上に形成された透明導電膜とを備える透明導電性基板において、該透明導電膜上に酸化チタン薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7において、該透明導電膜が、ITO、InTiO、IZO、GZO、及びAZOよりなる群から選ばれる透明導電膜であることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7において、該酸化チタン薄膜の膜厚が1〜500nmであることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7において、該透明基材として高分子フィルムを用いた透明導電性フィルムであることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7において、該透明導電膜及び酸化チタン薄膜がスパッタリングにより成膜されたことを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7において、色素増感型太陽電池の電極用透明導電性基板であることを特徴とする耐酸性透明導電性基板。
- 請求項7に記載の透明導電性基板と、該透明導電性基板の酸化チタン薄膜上に形成された色素吸着半導体膜とを有することを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 色素増感型半導体電極と、この色素増感型半導体電極に対面して設けられた対向電極と、該色素増感型半導体電極と対向電極との間に配置された電解質とを有する色素増感型太陽電池において、該色素増感型半導体電極が請求項13に記載の色素増感型太陽電池用電極であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
- 基材上に透明導電膜が形成されてなる透明導電材において、該基材と透明導電膜との間に、該透明導電膜よりも抵抗値の低い金属又は合金よりなるメッシュ状の導電体を設けた透明導電材であって、
該メッシュ状導電体が、
該基材面に、溶剤に対して可溶な物質によってドットを形成する第1の工程、
該基材面に該溶剤に対して不溶な導電材料よりなる導電材料層を形成する第2の工程、
及び
該基材面を該溶剤と接触させて該ドット及び該ドット上の導電材料層を除去する第3の工程
により形成されてなることを特徴とする透明導電材。 - 請求項15において、該基材が高分子フィルムよりなることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項15において、該メッシュ状導電体が更に湿式メッキ処理されていることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項15において、該透明導電膜がスパッタ法により形成されたものであることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項18において、該透明導電膜が反応性スパッタ法により形成されたものであることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項15において、該透明導電膜上に白金薄膜が設けられていることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項20において、該白金薄膜がスパッタ法により形成されたものであることを特徴とする透明導電材。
- 請求項15に記載の透明導電材を備えてなる色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 請求項22において、電解質を介して色素増感型半導体電極と対面配置される対向電極であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 請求項23において、該半導体電極と対向する面の少なくとも非周縁部に、該半導体電極との接触防止用の、絶縁性材料よりなるスペーサが設けられていることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 請求項24において、該スペーサがドット状であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 請求項24において、該スペーサが透明絶縁性材料よりなることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池用電極。
- 色素増感型半導体電極と、この色素増感型半導体電極に対面して設けられた対向電極と、該色素増感型半導体電極と対向電極との間に配置された電解質とを有する色素増感型太陽電池において、該対向電極が請求項22に記載の電極であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
